Review Time
My husband bought me the celestia bracelet which I absolutely loved. Unfortunately the chain broke and we had to send it back. The return was sorted quickly and they sent a new one no fuss however unfortunately it broke again (I had left it on permanently at this stage as I was so scared of it breaking again after the first time) Again the return was sorted quickly and they sent a new one........but it broke again. Honestly I was not doing anything (I have my Monica Vinader chain bracelet on for over 2 years). At this stage customer service (still helpful) said they would offer a refund in the form of a credit (full value of the bracelet). I picked a pair of earrings which I received - however had to pay £8 postage for them! They also were almost returned as I could not get the backs off them - I did eventually but they are so tight that whenever I have to take them out of my ears it really hurts! Overall the items look lovely but sadly I don't think they are made very well. Also customer service was good but I object to having to pay postage again and no offer of compensation for the issues and fact I now do not have the original bracelet I wanted.
I ordered a ring for my daughter's special birthday, but unfortunately the wrong size arrived. I got onto Customer Services and Leanne supported me through the whole process, resolving things quickly. I was delighted and extremely impressed with the quick action taken. 5* service. The ring arrived and my daughter was over the moon with it. Style and quality was just as advertised. Stunning.
The worst service I have ever experienced, now 3 weeks after the agreed delivery date, for an item purchased for a special birthday, customer service non existent, no communication, and offered a measly 10% refund. Stay clear from this company.
I set my heart on a pair of beautiful CARAT* London earrings, but I left it too long and they sold out on the website! Totally my own fault. But Leanne from customer service was an absolute star and she managed to track down the VERY LAST pair at the CARAT* London counter in Selfridges. She asked the team to reserve them for me... but they couldn't find the earrings in the store! However, the team in Selfridges kept looking, and they eventually managed to hunt them down! Absolutely first class customer service - thank you so much! (Oh, and the earrings are STUNNING!)
I was saved by Amanda's superpowers. In light of the fact that my first choice was delayed due to availability, she found a way to replace my item with a similar one. She also offered a discount. It was a gift, so time was of the essence. Customer service that is outstanding 🙏
I was impressed by Carat's customer service both for expediting delivery (to help me receive the item - a gift - before a big occasion) but also to process the return swiftly and fuss-free when unfortunately the item wasn't quite the receipient wanted (which was no fault of Carat's). Thanks again!
