Great customer service from Leanne. I emailed asking when my order would be dispatched as the order confirmation said within 15 days and I needed them to wear at a wedding. Leanne replied very quickly and confirmed that the order would be issued the next day and they arrived the day after that. Excellent service thankyou
My stunning earrings arrived this morning and they shine just like real diamond. I have bought the tennis bracelet and the classic ring before and now I got the 2 carat stud earrings. Carat jewellery is exceptionally mimicking diamond, I don’t know how they can do it! Thankyou also for Leanne for an outstanding customer service. Will be back to order more for sure. Thankyou

Well... I have just gotten my Carat ring from aftercare today. It looks so Beautiful I feel embarrassed at how badly I seem to have treated it.Eleven months in on of the two "diamonds" / crystals fell off my Pear Trilogy ring... not long before my birthday holiday.Long story short, between Roxy in Customer Service and the team in aftercare / repair sent back to me within 10 days or so a ring that looks more sparkly than I remember even buying and fixed when - now, looking back - I feel I probably broke, relaxing in my care for it... They kindly expedited the repair which usually takes up to 3 weeks. I really was at Peace with the ring getting back with me after my holiday at the end of the month. I am so grateful to have what feels like a brand new ring in time for my bday! I will be getting more Carats for my bday this year. Roxy's communication throughout was spendid: what to do, where to send, what to expect, there could be a charge, it could take 3 weeks... then the feedback on the assessment... I had left it ridiculously late though and wasn't sure I would receive them in time but the customer service team were amazing and got them sent out to me super quickly. I ordered a necklace and earrings for my wedding, but once I placed my order I realised that according to the delivery schedule on the website I wouldn’t get it I time for the wedding. I quickly emailed customer service and they emailed me back the next day and informed me that they had sent a message to the dispatch team and would be fast tracking it and sending it out that day with express delivery! (No mention of any extra charges) I was so happy!!! So thankful to the lady Leanne who had emailed me and sorted it all. I am so so grateful. And to top it all off, the necklace and earrings were even more beautiful in real life. Can’t wait to wear them at my wedding!!! Highly Reccomened this company.
After the stone in my ring came loose, I contacted Carat via email. I received a response straight away requesting proof of purchase. Unfortunately I didn’t have a receipt due to the ring being a present however I sent some photographs and was asked to send the ring for inspection. Following inspection, I was advised the ring was repairable following a small payment. I paid for the repair and within a week, I received an email to advise my ring had been repaired and would be returned. When received, I was incredibly happy. My ring looked shiny & new! I had regular communication from the customer service team…Roxy was fantastic! Overall I would definitely purchase jewellery again from Carat and I would definitely recommend! 5*
