Review Time
I’m not one to write reviews but this is well deserved. First of all the customer service is old school “we care about our clients” and will go out of our way to help. This is rare in today’s world, where it’s either fake smiles or no help. I got my sister earrings for her wedding, but the timeline was sensitive, and then there was a last minute change of address. Leanne, from the customer service team helped me graciously through all of it. We got the earrings, ON TIME. And…. Gorgeous. They looked exactly like in the picture, and my sister looked beautiful on her day. Thank you so much!!!!!
Leanne communicated with me very promptly and dealt with my order very quickly. Unfortunately I am sending back the bracelet but the service was impeccable Thank you Corrina I love the items from Carat London , but this particular bracelet was not exactly what I wanted Xx
I love the jewellery from Carat. I always try to look at other companies so that my partner doesn't think I'm one dimensional but I always end up buying from Carat because their jewellery is so nice! Also backed up by a great customer service - thank you Leanne!
I had some questions at the start of my order for 2 tennis bracelets and Leanne assisted me from the start and right the way through my order. It was so lovely to deal with one person as she knew what I wanted it was a straightforward process and I will 100% come back again in the future.

I’m so shocked by the quality of their goods. i’ve made several orders over the last few years and most of the earrings have become faulty and not lasted which I feel is unfair for the price point. This is the first time i’ve reached out to their customer service for help as items are in warranty and I am so disappointed. It takes so long to get a reply, and when they do it’s direct stalling tactics to not help you and try and get you to loose interest (as I feel like we’re going around in circles). They have said I can return to be analysed but I am still waiting for them to send an envelope in which to do so. Genuinely just going around in circles and it’s totally put me off the brand in general.
I asked for a repair due to accidental damage to a beautiful bracelet. The company decided that the repair was not to their high standards, so they replaced it. I was delighted with the excellent communication, customer service and genuine care for the product and their customers.
Can’t thank Carat London enough for their help, especially Leanne in the customer service team. I had ordered a fantastic pair of earrings on the Friday and they arrived to Ireland on the Monday morning. Second time I’ve purchased with them and they’ve delivered both times. Thanks again
