Evri failed to deliver twice , emaile Carbeth to explain Evri have a terrible reputation here , leave parcels at the wrong addresses.Becaise of this Explained I wouldn’t be buying from them reply was unsatisfactory. Ever delivered , however, my strawberry plants were not in the package, emailed , they’re sending , very disappointed . Still waiting for plants . Was keen to use as localist and Scottish. They just lost a customer and certainly wouldn’t recommend them
Order number:7874458 On March 6th I ordered tomato and cucumber plants through this website. The order went through. I received the money. I sent the courier's tracking number. I contacted the courier. He replied that he did not have the package. Then I wrote to them that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. They do not respond. They only send the same messages. They will contact me after 48 hours. I am very disappointed with this company and I want a refund because I have not received either the order or the money to date.
I ordered 4 40cm lucky bamboo stems. They arrived well packed and in good condition. The stems were shown in a wooden holder and nothing in the description said one would not come with the stems. However a vase can be found to show this lovely plant off to perfection. Very happy to recommend..
