Disappointing experience

I ordered plants, soil and treatment. I received the plants the emailed to say the remainder was not included. They said they would resent this to me but have not nor provided a refund. Upsetting as the plants were lovely.

Ordered bare root Privet Hedge plants

Ordered bare root Privet Hedge plants. They arrived with nothing to keep roots damp. They were absolutely dry no signs of life and little more than 12” long. On Sunday at local garden centre saw pack of 5 privet plants in full bud, roots in earth and about 30” long. Very disappointed

Sent the wrong items initially however they were only too ready to help and within two days I had received the correct plants. Not only an excellent selection of plants but also a first rate customer service. Have ordered twice from this company and I will certainly be revisiting.
