You cannot make changes or cancel any orders

The website says you can email them to cancel an order, they don't monitor the inbox or even their fb messenger, so actually you can't. I wanted to amend an address and emailed them within 10 minutes of the order, requesting they do the change or cancel the order so I could reorder. They did neither and sent the order to the wrong address,

FAST delivery..and good viable plants

FAST delivery... was processed and delivered within 48 hours.. well packed, and arrived in good condition, bulbs are planted and after a week have already established and starting to sprout, all the plants are viable and showing signs of growth.. very impressed. I've had plants delivered by other companies where I wasn't happy with condition or growth.. definitely a order from carbeth again
