Review Time
Very disappointed in the customer service from this company. Delivery was slow and I was asked to give feedback BEFORE the plants were delivered. I pointed this out to Carbeth several times and their advice was for me use the Evri tracking system. I had been doing so for several days and would have appreciated it if they had made enquiries themselves. The Evri app was showing "we are expecting it" up until was out for delivery 6 days later. Carbeth's excuse that it was a very busy time of year didn't wash.The amount of emails back and forth achieved nothing highlighting Carbeth's attitude to their customers.
