scam company

Paid for order thankfully via PayPal. No communication, phone number doesn’t work, no response to emails. No product delivered. Absolutely atrocious that a company like this is still operating. On some digging carracks is micks garage is something else is something else and they’re also fighting a fraud case with hmrc and companies house.

Wish I'd read the reviews!

Ordered car roof rails on the 1st of June. Paid for express delivery. Still haven't got them on the 12th June. Have emailed but no response and the phone number doesn't work!Wish I had read through the reviews! I would not buy anything from this company again! I hope they turn up but I need them by the 20th so I will probably have to buy some more! Shocking company!!

Avoid, at all costs

Avoid, this is scam company, ordered Sup board, didn't deliver it. Tel number was not valid, no answer to emails. Thankfully got a refund via PayPal. This company also trades as Micks garage and Crean Solutions.

Poor delivery

Rack arrived a week later than expected. I payed for 1-2day delivery hoping to fit before the weekend. Waste of money! The rack is fine but box was opened and damaged on arrival. Wouldn’t recommend.

Car racks not legit

Placed an order, foolishly I didn't check trust pilot. Seems to have been had like every other review on here. No reply to email and phone number doesn't work, I have requested PayPal to investigate as that's how I paid.Car racks doesn't really exist, it's Mick's garage and seems to be in Ireland.UPDATE having some investigation via PayPal the seller has a third company name: CREAN SOLUTIONS

Becareful

Goods finally arrived two weeks after ordering.i seriously thought i had been scammed .The communication and delivery info with this company and some organisation called MickGarage was limited .Goods arrived from somewhere in the EU possibly Ireland .An unusual expierance

Great budget roof bars

Great budget roof bars. Didn't get a confirmation on delivery date but emailed and got update from seller very quickly. They seem to be being shipped from overseas but arrived quite quickly all the same. I'd buy from them again no problem

AVOID AT ALL COST!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Took my money straight away,waited 2 weeks…no delivery…sent several emails but none answered..tried phoning but again not answered.I had to claim my money back in the end.Terrible company, zero customer service.
