Yet another 1 star for your company. How dare you take not only our money for the product which has simply not shown up, but further to this the funds for express delivery. We now have to wait 2 days to dispute this payment with our bank, but rest assured we will get every penny back!
Dreadful. Paid for express service and after 10days of no arrival I attempted, like so many others, to contact this company with no joy. Numbers do not work. Emails bounce back. Website enquiry form not returned. They took nearly £700 and never had the item. Eventually proceeded through fraud claim with my bank. Got my money back. Read the reviews. Do not order from this company.
I ordered a set of roof bars for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, quite used to lack of options for the car, not here. I chose a Norbar set for use with solid roof rails, the descriptions on the website are great to help make sure you choose the right product. Product arrived in 6 working days on Standard delivery, happy with that. The product was good, well priced and easy to assemble and fit, I hadn't thought about the front and rear bars being different lengths due to the roof design, these guys have great product knowledge and supplied the bars as required. All in, a good experience, the only thing missing for me was the communication that the order was on its way, had a message from Parcelforce about an hour before it was delivered, I was at work so no option other than collect from my local Post Office the following day, far from a nightmare but avoidable with a little comms set up. Thank you guys, I would buy from you again.
Got my order eventually, but no dispatches email. No tracking provided. Longer delivery time than stated. But the worst is that they won’t reply to any emails, making returns impossible. Lol pay someone to do your customer services guys, and get your act/buisness together!!
The items themselves were great. The website was easy to use and the order went in well. The only minor issue was the amount of time to recieve the item. In the end, from paying for the order, to receiving it was 8 days. Not ages I know but when there was no tracking information provided until day 5 it made it a bit concerning.The racks are on the car now and we were able to fit a good sized roof box onto them without issue. All in all a great product.Thank you

I bought roof bars for my car at a great price, when asking about delivery from MicksGarage.com communication was good and delivery was quick. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them in the future.
