Good salesman, He explained the windows and the process. I do have one complaint. I received two discounts: one for being a repeat customer, and another for having over three windows. That was to be 30% off. I wish I had been provided with the original prices so I could have seen and calculated the actual savings. In the end they were more expensive than I expected.
Sales was good, but the follow up was only when I asked for status updates from Eli. Once the order was finally placed (delay because their was one outstanding question that was found when I inquired), no delays however taking our 50% down payment, we have heard from no one since October 13th when they finally found that the windows had been ordered.
I knew that the element is a true evil, but when I faced it by my own I started to hate it even more. It was a good summer day and nothing could spoil it, but I forgot about elements. Harsh hurricane destroys couple of windows in my beatiful house and I didnt know what to do. I thought that the best option was to acquire new windows, but they must be more durable than previous ones. I ordered some windows from this company and now I allege that they're pretty durable, beause there was a hurricane and they bear it. I wish this company prosperity and want to recommend it to other people.
Buyer beware! When you sign a contract with Champion Windows, you only have three days to cancel. Nothing negative happens within three days, of course. Soon, however, Champion Windows’s true colors reveal themselves. You will find horrible customer service, no showno call appointments. You will soon want to cancel, but then you will have to pay $1000 or 5% of the total project when Champion Windows has done absolutely nothing but cause anxiety and stress. Also, Champion Windows brick and mortar store advertised that they were accredited with the Better Business Bureau. This is a downright lie. Check out the Better Business Bureau reviews. They are horrible, negative reviews. Do not patronize Champion Windows. They are unethical and disgusting.
Ordered 5 windows on 4/29/2021. Installation was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks. Today is 10/16/2021. I have no windows and have paid several payments to GreenSky. They never ordered my windows. I wouldn't do business with them unless you want to wait 6 months and then contact an attorney to get your money back.
Champion's representative was very good explaining types of windows and my choices and options for window configurations. He did his job well and did not waste a lot of time trying to upsell me on even more expensive windows which I greatly appreciated since these windows are expensive to start with. The biggest advantage they have is their guarantee on their windows.
Our home looks beautiful with the new siding and doors. Kyle Wells our salesman was perfect. He was such a great help and guide. The siding team did a wonderful and careful job. Robert the crew leader was wonderful. He gave me his phone number and told me to call him for any questions or concerns. Mark the person coordinating everything at Champion was also accessible and very helpful. Tanner did a terrific job installing the doors. He made sure they were perfect. All in all our experience was so nice do to the caring and careful work done by each person we were involved with. Thank you so much.
been going on 5 months for a sliding glass door have called several times been told a whole slew of stories finally got an install date of last Tuesday and guess what no show no call thanks for the overall terrible experience with your company. Did have a four-season room put in two years ago and that is why I came back to them for the door but the way me and my wife have been treated this time we will not use this company again as we remodel other parts of or house. (update) when you call the number for their direct number, they give you in their response just a recorded message saying they will return your call within 8 hours. At this point its laughable except they got our money and job isn't done and I really do think it will ever get done company has gone to sh**
