Review Time
This is my 1st purchase from Cherley and I must say that the quality is terrible! Terrible cheap fabrics, dress smells disgusting! It intensively smells with chemicals most certainly from using cheap colours I can barely breathe when I am trying it on!!!I explained all situation to support team they have been asking me "what is wrong with quality" when I already described everything in my email! They are wasting my time. Also they just stole photos and videos of a famous expensive atelier that sews these dress models and use it on their web page to confuse customers but fabrics, quality of the work differs drastically!Better create your own brand than steal other's ideas!Also I tried to leave a negative review on their page and guess what - it is always a technical error and I can not submit it. They are gathering fake only positive reviews.
Ordered my dress from Atlanta, Ga in October and recieved in January. Once received I immediately asked for a refund, as my wedding had already come and gone (late November). They would NOT refund my money nor take back the dress, eve though their website states they have a 30 day return guarantee.
Don’t buy anything from this company. Badly made outfits, looks cheap and not even stitched properly. They will give you a discount on your next out fit, lol!! or you can return back to the USA from the uk for £21 GBP to receive a refund. The outfit took a month to arrive from china, massive con. Avoid at all costs. Use shein instead
I will never place any orders with this joke of a shop. I didn’t even get a chance to test out the clothes because I received my summer clothing in October when it was obviously too late to wear. Customer service honestly could not be any worse. At first when I contacted them about a package delay they told me to wait as it takes 1-3 weeks to ship and assured me I’ll be getting it soon. I waited and waited even though every time I’d check the tracking info it would not show any progress. When I contacted them again they told me to wait and that it will be deliver soon, something about customs. I waited some more, and contacted them again requesting to cancel the order as it was already getting cold and too late to wear this season. They refused to cancel and said because it’s already on the way they can’t do anything.. At this point there was still no progress on the tracking and they said that something happened at customs and they need to repack my order and send it again. I asked why can’t they just cancel it if they’ll be getting it back anyways and all they kept telling me is to wait. When it was end of September and still no package I told them I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank because I haven’t received what I ordered and it’s been way past delivery window. They tried to offer me $10 to shop on their website which was ridiculous considering I wanted nothing to do with them and then they told me to wait a little longer to sometime in October. I said I won’t need their clothes by then after which they offered me 50% refund if I don’t dispute the transaction. I thought whatever fine, may be I’ll just keep the clothes for next summer and try to order something for the winter with the 50% that they offered me. After my package arrived I told them I got it and want the 50% refund. They told me they won’t refund me because they offered it when I still didn’t have the package. I was absolutely mind blown as I did my part of the deal which was not calling my bank, and when the package arrived they back out. They did offer me $20 or 20% off my purchase with them for the inconvenience but at this point with all the lying and gaslighting they put me through along the entire process, I will absolutely not shop here ever again so I don’t need their half assed discount. I am returning every single item I have no interest in even trying them on. This is how you lose a customer and many potential customers as my friends and I always share our online shopping experiences with each other, from poor customer service. It would only take them simple understanding my frustration and offering a solution that would work for us both, but they decided to only think of themselves and leave me with summer clothes in the middle of October with zero refund, only gaslighting emails. I even asked if I could just order different clothes from their website for the same amount since they’ll be getting my package returned to them, might as well get something else if it’s a completely different season, but they ignored that and told me to wait 25 more days lol. Good luck with keeping this store running with this kind of customer service.
I ordered my stuff on 10/10/24 to get one dress out of 3. I am still waiting for the other 2 and let me tell you. HORRIBLE 😤 looks nothing like advertised I get better quality and cheaper price in Shein. I’m sure the other 2 outfits when they get here will be a hot mess. SAVE your money!! 💴
Dress that I ordered has a great vintage cut and the material is super nice.Also support is doging a really good job - very friendly and quick to reply.As a customer I feel that I am in good hands and if there is any problem there is somebody who will asist whit it.
