Excellent customer service. Having children with severe allergies it was difficult for us to order a decent priced natural mattress quickly but the gentlemen at Chic Concept went above and beyond to design and make a mattress which was natural and contained wool but also fit onto our sons' new bunkbed in our new home. The delivery team were also lovely and kept us updated on our delivery time and date. Our son's love their new mattresses and it was a great price. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
