I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bed from Chic Concept Bed Factory, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. I was impressed not only by the quality of the product but also by the customer service and the overall professionalism of the company.

Honestly cannot fault the service with Chic Concept. Our twin girls bed arrived within a week as promised, as we needed it as soon as possible.Adam was very responsive through Whatsapp with any questions I had. He rang me the night before delivery. The bed was really easy to assemble and compliments their bedroom beautifully. Just not sure why no access has been left in order to attach u clips. The material had been stapled all the way around.........? The bed base definitely hasn't been constructed and upholstered by factory expects as stated in the product listing on their website........Delivery guys rang when they were almost due to arrive and very friendly.Knocking star off today 9/9/2024 as looked closely at bed in different lighting and fabric finish doesn't line up where divan bases join. It's really noticeable and looks shoddy. Doesn't look finished to a high standard. Neither is where wood has been cut out to accommodate headboard struts? For almost £250 it will see us through for a year or two hopefully.After reading some other reviews for the company I don't think I'll be contacting them, as I'm not sure they will resolve the poor finish issue. Yes the bed looks lovely but very disappointed at the same time.
So after posting my review I received a call from Chic to say my mirror had been dispatched and would arrive on Saturday or possibly Monday!! The guy was constantly saying that my original order must have been lost and also that the mirror was now discounted and end of line and I had not paid much for it! What's that got to do with the fact that I have waited 40 odd days for it!!I honestly believe that if I hadn't given them a negative opinion on line I would not have received my order,he then asked me to retract my review once my order arrived!!! Having worked in retail for 28yrs for M&S I know what good customer service is, it is not waiting 40days for delivery of an item that you have paid for and not being told that as its reduced you should almost feel grateful your order was accepted.i won't be ordering from them again
I was a bit apprehensive at first after reading some negative reviews on here but I can honestly say I received a very professional service, from initial enquiry right through to delivery, they fitted socket boxes for me and gave good advice for fitting etc.They went out of their way to deliver my headboard and bed on a Saturday. The product is very well made and we are very happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend them.
The worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. Originally told delivery would be in two to three weeks, and ended up being over six weeks by me accepting an alternative product which was cheaper than my originally ordered one(no refund). One delivery turned up and I had to reject it as boxes had been opened and it was not the colour I had ordered and mismatched parts. So many messages telling me somebody was going to call me and didn't, deliveries turning up on different days and times compared to what I was advised. You don't expect such poor service in this day and age. Luckily I had ordered on a credit card so was on the verge of doing a charge back but finally received delivery of an alternative item. If you order make sure to use a credit card and expect to be chasing them.
My bed was delivered today and I am delighted with it.I have been extremely happy with the service provided from the time I requested fabric samples (which arrived the next day) to receiving the bed. We opted to assemble it ourselves which was very easy.Would highly recommend this company .
