Review Time
Agreement 07-800286. Paid an extra 3 months within 2 months of starting the agreement. They sent me a statement showing this balance. 3 yrs later, continued to debit my account beyond the new term. Blaming me for not informing that that i "wanted to apply the extra payment to my loan". Made no sense, still awaiting a refund. Website poorly designed to contact by email, password resetting doesn't work. Seems designed to make it difficult to contact them other than calls.
Cdcr-40494624. If I could put no stars I would have. I never leave bad reviews on anything, but this situation has left me no choice as I am still awaiting a response from Close Brothers. I have had to raise a second complaint about the same issue and have had little to no response. The first complaint a few months ago was dealt with sufficiently however my recent encounter has been nothing but appalling. I have been a loyal customer for four years and I am now being ignored. Whatever you do if you are reading this, DO NOT USE them for finance. There are so many better companies out there who do provide excellent customer service. Please don’t reply to this review and ask me to call or email as I have done that with no reply!
