100% awful, lost my parcel yet still wont confirmed a month later so unable to get refund from retailer, online chat just gets disconnected mid conversation, when you call them they are uncooperative, rude and fail to send email confirmation as promised, would never trust this useless company again # further to collect+ response it appears yodel are the ones to blame! Apologies, collect+ did there bit correctly frustrating yodel are so useless
I took the parcel to BOscome East News BH7 6BQ. I was advised by a very rude man that he had enough parcels for that day. I went back 2 days later at 9.30am and was told again he had enough parcels for that day. I went back a 3rd time and he took it as I said I had spoken to Fed ex who said he had to take it! He was really rude anunhelpful. I did point out that if he didnt have the capacity to accept parecels, don't do the service.
Two words.... ****ing Useless!!!I was told my parcel had arrived in store. Went to shop and oh surprise surprise they don't have the parcel! Surely not AGAIN it has been lost or worse STOLEN??? I spoke to some one (possibly with no brain cells) to discuss my issue. I waited and waited for responses which were 7-8 minutes apart for EACH answer. To then be told nothing! No answer to my query and THEN to cut me off and end the conversation!!RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!I will be contacting the seller about this and hope they can resolve this.
Worst service ever. This company service is so bad, whenever you call them you have to wait more than 40mins. Can you imagine holding the line more than 40mins and what if it’s somethings really urgent , they just don’t care. It’s the same period of waiting for both customers and retailers🙄😡 big lol
Not capable of sending me a correct code to collect my order. Just missed out on 2 games I pre ordered in July. No communication. Waste of time chasing up. To be given wrong codes again. My order is now being returned to supplier. My supplier had to make contact with collect+ numerous times. They were unable to obtain a correct code from collect+
Wouldn’t even give it one star if I could … ordered from timberland and decided to use the collect plus delivery as it has lower environmental impact… never again! The collect point refused my parcel twice and returned it to the sender! With no reason as to why… don’t waste your time with these. Send them straight to your home address. I won’t be using them again. Alongside this I have had to re order my item again and I’m still awaiting my refund! Poor service! If you need something in a rush. Don’t rely on this courier run by yodel!
in store experience terrible.Co Op Seasalter Kent.Always an excuse.Cant scan,bar code wrong size.Light reflecting on label.Totally unhelpful on going situation.Have to go to another further away drop off shop where I have no problem.
