Every single time the only option is collect plus I know that it is going to end badly and the sixth eBay parcel in a row in 3 different shops was sent back and I ended up having an aggressive man in the shop shouting at me and shouting at his colleague about it and I didn't speak the language he spoke so I was unable to understand what was happening. Seriously if you are going to buy something online and you see Collect Plus just buy something that uses a different service because you will never get your parcel if you use Collect Plus

I sent a letter on 20 March'26. The tracking number tracked it up to Delhi and then it directed me to Yodel. The tracking number is not valid at Yodel. The letter was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. Today is 28th March and the letter has not reached the delivery address yet!!!
I took my goods to be returned to the registered returns point where the shop assistant was not very helpful and didn’t what my return item he only take very small items so I ask the for a item size list which he did not have told me to take somewhere else I said this is one off the places on the postcode listed and he said ok just this one time but don’t comeback anytime bigger than an A4 package so what’s the point is only some places that are on the list
Again I would give zero stars if I could.Appalling service.I was expecting a delivery this morning from DPD.I was given an hour slot for delivery.20 minutes before end of time slot I received a text stating that no one was at home when they called .No one from DPD had called. It was untrue to say they had.I then received a text stating the parcel had been dropped off at a collect plus store in Chilwell .I drove to the store -a 6 mile round trip-and was initially told they didn’t have the package.I eventually spoke to a man who said that it had arrived but was too heavy to accept so he rejected it !! .I checked with the sender and the package weight was below 15kg.He couldn’t have been more disinterested as to my plight.Goodness knows where my package is . What is the point of having a store if they won’t accept packages. No doubt I will receive a generic email from ‘Jen’.Is Jen real or a bot ?It would be nice to be able to speak to a human .Ridiculous service .
Further to the review I posted seven days ago, Collect+ responded advising me to contact them via email so that they could investigate the matter further. This is misleading, as it gives the impression that action is being taken when it is not. I had already contacted this email address prior to their reply, and it has now been a full week with no response. It appears they are only attempting to create the appearance of engagement, rather than genuinely addressing the issue. As a result of their failure to properly send my return—and their continued lack of communication regarding compensation—I am now £77 out of pocket.
I took the parcel to my local drop off point ten days ago and it has seen to have gone astray somewhere in the system. Did try to track during this period but with no luck with the various refrence numbers at my disposal. Have now managed to contact to the company I was returning the item to by email this evening but they are relucant to act until the package arrives ar their depot. Following on from my review I received a email from the company asking me to suppy further details of my problem and forward them by email.Unfortuntly the email details they supplied did not work. Say no more

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
