I have sold a £450 north face jacket on Vinted on the 3rd January. The tracking wasn’t updating, I have contacted multiple times the Customer Service, asked me to be patient, then they confirmed that I was lost. They were going to manually locate the parcel and return back to me. The parcel was manually located on the 13th January and today they told me that it wasn’t true. They have lost my jacket and have no intention to pay anything back.
Went to the esso garage listed as my nearest drop off point, only to be told they only do collection now. Next nearest is right out of my way. This garage should not be listed as a drop off point as I only opted for this company because it was convenient. I will now go with a service that does use a drop off near me. Am I able to get a refund?
Usually no issue but today 2 of the stores that use collect + had ran out of labels ? Wasting time and diesel driving around . 2 stores miles apart and both ran out of labels . Shame as it’s put me off using this service now , will stick to locker drop off .
Chose to collect from a local store using this service, the tracking is useful to know how many stops away I was. I went to the shop when I was next drop but then the courier marked as failed delivery as shop was closed. This was not the case as I was around there and could see it was open.
Went to collect a package today just after 2pm after finishing an early shift at work, the store was City Point Biggleswade SG18 0JH. The person in the store told me to go away and come back later because he was trying to eat his lunch and couldn't search for a packet with only one hand ( he was eating with his right hand). I tried to explain that my package contained medication and I must have it as after finishing work I wanted to go home to sleep and had no desire to return later. He was quite insistent that I go away and come back later to which I refused to leave as I wanted my package, this stores posted hours are 7am until midnight and the shop was open for business so I wanted my package as requested. At this point he became verbally abusive towards me and very begrudgingly went and washed his hands and came back to find my package while delivering a tirade of verbal abuse towards me.What should have been a very simple 2 minute collection took almost half an hour due to this persons belligerent attitude towards the service of customers. As long as you continue to use this store I will never use this service again.
I didn’t even want to give one star. Terrible customer service. I selected my parcel to be collected from a nearby Esso petrol station thinking I would get my package on time however big mistake as the store no longer exists it is now Asda and they don’t accept deliveries. Asda say they have been turning delivery drivers away for weeks. I have not received my parcel at all and the delivery driver is saying they have delivered to Esso. It looks like they are keeping the packages for themselves. When I have rang customer services they have been rude, hard to understand (poor english), and not interested having no care at all. I asked them to remove Esso from their list of retailers to prevent this from happening to someone else, but they can not. I first tried web chat, I was communicating with someone and then they just ignored me on two occasions. Since collect + reply below I have contact collect + they haven’t responded promptly. I have asked to speak to a manager. They refused but said a manager would call me back within 24 hours, I am still waiting!
Virgin Media wanted me to use CollectplusYodel to send back a parcel to them. I duly dropped off the parcel at the drop off point and saw it go on the tracker. Today ( six days later) Virgin are threatening me with a £40 fine for not sending their parcel back. I have looked at the tracker again and see the parcel has been sitting for three days in a Yodel hub not going anywhere. The Yodel webchat is not working and no email address found to contact them.

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
