A rubbish company

A rubbish company, I delivered a parcel to a point which did not reach my customer and my customer lodged a complaint, it turned out that the parcel was damaged during transport and no one takes responsibility for it, contact with customer service is very poor. I do not recommend this company!

Shocking in store experience at Londis…

Shocking in store experience at Londis 4 Mitcham Road SW17 9NA. My parcel has been delivered but staff in the store pretend the machine is not working providing a very vague explanation. Internet low and too many customers. Not at all convinced and their google review clear shows that they do this regularly to customers. It is not possible to speak to anyone on the provided phone number for collect plus. Very disappointing in store experience.Well it is nice to get a response. But entirely useless and meaningless if you still make it impossible to contact you at Collect Plus. How about providing an email address or telephone number? Also it is clear in my message that the problem is at Londis 4 Mitcham Road SW17 9NA. You need to speak to these people and resolve this problem.

Complete disaster

Complete disaster. I dropped off a Fedex parcel at a Collect+ shop, it had pre-printed.Fedex labels on it. Yesterday I was contacted by someone who has my parcel, it was in London, it was supposed to go to West Brom. They sent me the photos of the box, after I left the parcel someone had put a DHL label on it.... Now its stuck in London....

Service refused at two drop shops

I took my parcel to my nearest shop and was told that they don't accept 'large' parcels - one that I had walked over 5 minutes carrying under one arm. Nothing on the website said anything about maximum weight for drop off. So I ended up carrying this 'too large' parcel around for the whole morning until I could drop it off at the next nearest, which said they didn't print labels - contrary to what the website says. So my parcel is still not posted at the promised time. That'll teach me to take the Collect+ website at its word. Please update your website to reflect the actual service you provide!EDIT FOR REQUESTED INFORMATION (no other indication of how to supply the information asked for)Parcel size was 88 x 33 x 17 cm and weight was 5kgThe booking was accepted through Parcel2Go and a barcode supplied. If it was too large then the restriction should be triggered while booking, something that has happened with other couriers so it is possible. The first drop off said it was the driver who refused the size, no other explanation, so no indication whether it was Collect + policy. A smaller parcel wouldn't have got the label printed at the second drop-off, which was the only reason given for refusal, nor would it have corrected the 'printer optional' box provided, or the assurance that a label was not needed, or provided more than a barcode. This has already added far more time and inconvenience than warranted to what is marketed as a simple service.

What's the point in giving you a tracking number

Had Items to return to Virign, who charge me if I don't send them back, so they give a Yodel Collect Plus label and a box to return the items, I took the packages to a store that had Yode Collect Plus on 1/2/23 at 21:11, and got a receipt, with tracking numbers.Tracking shows them picked up the next morning and delivered to "my local depot" the same day, then on 3/2/23 they were processed at the national hub, and then again at the national hub on 6/2/23, and then the tracking stops, still showing as sitting in the national hub as of 13/2/23.I used the online chat, and was told that these type of parcels are collected and stored, then sent to the retailer in bulk and that the driver cannot scan every parcel. And that it normally takes between 2 and 3 days. And I should contact virgin nmedia to find out if they have got them. Why bother giving me a tracking number if they dont use it.What the hell does that response even mean? It's about the "instore experience"???, No actually, its about posting parcels and them being delivered, Oh yes, I had an absolutely spiffing time "in store", It was so much fun that I don't even mind that they lost my parcel. Get a grip.

Collect+ Lost my parcel and don’t care

Collect+ accepted a package on behalf of fedex, but then lost it before handing it to fedex and are now washing their hands of it as a fedex issue!!! Dreadful, the never return a call, and their webchat is useless

Bunch of Thieves

Bunch of thieves. Bought 10+ items on eBay ‘click and collect.’ Tracking reported they were all delivered to Collect+ at the BP Garage at Hatton Cross near Heathrow. But nothing was received from Collect+ - they failed to enter the eCP codes to generate FM collection codes. Eventually I had to raise concern with eBay. They contacted the agent and two days later I got the FM codes and SMS texts and emails for collection. So went to the BP Garage this morning. But the incompetent staff hadn’t a clue what to do and the staff refused to let me have my items. I suspect that this is all a scam to steal folks’ items. Not happy - I don’t like dishonesty.====How do I send you a private email? Your staff at BP Garage don’t know how to scan items from eBay. I STILL HAVEN’T GOT MY ITEMS. NOT GOOD.====Time of visit - 10 am on Friday 10th FebCollection point - BP Hatton Cross Great South West Road Feltham Middlesex TW140PR02080 903 833 ====

AVOID COLLECT+ (LOSERS+) BOOK WITH COURIER DIRECTLY

LOST PARCEL WORTH £100.I mistakenly decided to book a parcel via Inter parcel for a FedEx parcel drop off before reading the reviews. I’m convinced this is a free way of collecting items from customers for personal gain after reading the reviews. I booked my parcel, dropped it off at collect+ in Manchester on the 31/01/2023. I realised it’s been over two weeks without receiving the parcel after being promised delivery after 2-3 business days. I contacted FedEx to follow up and they haven’t received my parcel from the carrier (Losers+) I contact inter parcel and apparently the parcel is lost and the claim compensation amount doesn’t even cover a fraction of the value of the items located in that parcel. Inter parcel is not holding this poor excuse of a company to account because how do you just lose thousands of people’s parcels. Surely they have to turn up somewhere???Rather save your money and directly book courier services with the couriers themselves. AVOID COLLECT+ at all costs ,they collect and lose parcels it seems. After the reply: HOW IS FEDEX RESPONSIBLE WHEN THEY HAVENT RECEIVED THE PARCEL FROM YOUR STORE?💀 DID YOU EVEN READ THE REVIEW

Business Details

  • Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.

Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.

The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
