First time customer, never ever again! (Feb 2020) only just found time to put on a review. Decided to use Collect+ to despatch an eBay order which was a fully operational and working cassette deck.Ordering was easy and dropoff was not too far from home. Received a message a few days later from my customer that they had received a damaged package and the cassette deck was no longer fully operational. I had to offer 50% refund to him.Took this up with customer services, but no apology, no refund, nothing. Their fault it was damaged and nothing. Never ever again!
