Esso EG Buckingham (Service Station) no longer accept boxes larger than a crisp box!My parcel was less than 60cm long & less than 50 cm wide & less than 50cm deep and was 1.5kg in weight. The lady told me it was the size of 2 to 3 parcels and they've been instructed not to take anything larger than a crisp box due to lack of storage space. I get that parcels take up space, but surely signing up as a collection point doesn't mean you can pick and choose what you take? Anyhow I am left with a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not sure I will continue using them as my number 1 drop off point.
I left my parcel at the store save more NW98AB. The guy in the shop was rude and the place was not safe. Also the store is not the right place to leave the parcels safe, all parcels are piled up high on each other in a very small space, without consideration of size and weight of the parcels which is possible to cause the parcels to fall and get damaged. Not using collect+ again
I tried to collect a parcel from DIY of Streatham but the shop was never open. It is supposed to be open from 9:00-23:59 everyday except Sundays. It wasn't! I went 7 times in four days - evenings and between 9:00 and 10:15. Always closed. Totally unreliable.Collect+ 'investigation' laughable, they said my parcel was lost in transit!
Absolutely useless. Truly deserve 0 stars every time I use them. Parcel was not collected from the shop I dropped it off. Numerous times on a phone. People didnt know answer why courier did not come. Called on compaint line, lady took all the details, put the on hold and she HUNG UP! What an awful customer service. My parcel is waiting with many others since bwginning of the month at the shop nobody is bothered to move their ass for. Any other company is better than Collect Plus Yodel service.
My parcel was delivered damaged and with no contents and after giving delivery details three times and asking for my refund for which i paid insurance they now are not even responding to my emails. A company to be avoided at all costs defiantly not worth the one star you have to give
parcel dispatched on 7th november they haven’t collect the parcel from collection point next day. now they are saying we will try to collect on 9 november and will be delivered on 11th. slow delivery company. they deliver the item after 6 days.
Took a parcel to Premier Shop in The Broadway Andover, straightforward, was given proof of acceptance receipt and pleased to say my Yodel parcel arrived fine in London a few days later. The person that served me was very helpful and held the door for me as I was laden with various shopping bags ,Happy to use Collect+ again
A small ebay parcel to send so chose Yodel Collect+ for first time. Printed ebay label met all the standards, but the store could not scan. I had to be out of pocket £1.68 more to post the £6 item to the buyer, not amused. I asked if a one off? No, labels rejected all the time here, I was told. I hope that the refund I sought comes through. First and last time sending this way.Reply to Collect+ reply! I never said my label didn't print - it did, and met the requirements. It was indeed all about the instore experience, the experience of them not taking a properly labelled parcel and forcing me to the Royal mail and a loss of £1.68. An instore experience I will not be repeating.

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
