Never going to use this service again. Provides no security when dropping off parcels for collection. I dropped off a large box (hard to lose!) at my local agent for collection by FedEx thinking that they would be the only courier using that shop. My parcel is still listed as awaiting collection and FedEx are having to investigate. It turns out they also use Yodel and because of the lack of security and care within the shop it may even have gone with the wrong courier! Just awful. From now on I'll only use collection from home or Royal Mail. A total disgrace.
My virgin media delivery was apparently delivered to my local store. Went to the store and they said they didn't have it and hadn't been accepting Collect+ parcels for months now. Contacted customer services who advised they were looking into the matter and someone would be in touch within 48 hours. Nothing. I contacted again and was told someone would be in touch within 24 hours. Still nothing. This is unbelievable. Customer service clearly just saying anything, I have no idea why my parcel says delivered to shop when the shop keeper is saying they don't accept these. Had no internet for a week as a result. Awful experience and still unresolved but I don't think I can face their customer service again.
*UPDATE* - see below they asked me to contact them directly and the provided email is given here as info at collectplus dot co dot uk. I sent my email to them at that address and received a delivery failed notification "Check recipient's email address". They make noises for damage limitation but there is no way to actually contact them. PayPoint is a disgrace of a service, in this shop in particular. No faith.I took 3 parcels to my local store for Collect+ delivered by Yodel service. I was told by the shop they "dont accept recycling" even though it was correctly labelled. I contacted Collect+ online chat and asked what can be done and is there a method to report that a shop wont accept recycling so that I can at least warn other people. On two occasions I was not given a satisfactory response and either cut off by the call handler or told to contact the seller. No responsibility accepted. They could not have cared less.
When a shop actually accepts the parcel, my experience has been fine. But the system is let down by the collection points. Too often I get to the shop with the parcel for return, only to be told that either: a) the shop is full and doesn't accept any parcels, b) the scanner for registering returns is broken, c) the shop stopped being part of the Collect+ scheme some time ago, but still features on their list of collection points, despite the shop keeper asking customer services repeatedly to be removed. I'm genuinely now thinking twice before ordering anything online, as returning any unsuitable items is far from a painless process.
If anyone has used this garage to return their Schun Parcel on 21st December 2022 and it has gone missing this is the receipt that you should have. Been trying to track down my parcel but no luck. This receipt that was handed to my husband when he dropped the parcel off and it showed that my parcel was sent to Schun returns depot. When I contacted Schun I was told that if it was my parcel it would be handed back to the collect plus driver. They could not confirm this because the details related to this receipt does not match my security details hence I now know that that it is the incorrect receipt. When I went back to the BP Garage to track my parcel and they said they only hold cctv for 2 weeks so could not track my parcel. They deny that it could be the wrong receipt... so the only thing that could be is that the receipt was attached to my parcel. Which means that someone will have my label and the shoes must be delivered elsewhere. When I asked my recipient who was expecting the parcel she said she had not received anything at all. So I have posted this in case someone has a pair of missing shoes. Needless to say I will not be using this store... when you look at their set up it is not a suprise things go missing. Use the local shop at Stainbeck Lane instead. Given up on the parcel now...got help from the @bpmoortown @bpmoortown1 @spar @YodelOnline @Collectplus @valliforecourt and @Vinted Hopefully whoever has their parcel missing will have some luck finding their parcel. On top of that I got a bad review. Good Luck🤞
I went to return a parcel at 'Kapur food and wine',HA3 7HH. The first time I went around 4 pm, he said no I can't take it now, come before 12. (The website said the shop accepts till 10pm). Then today I went around 11:15am and he said they can't accept now, the driver has left, come between 8am-9am. I asked, but why can't you store this here, I've come here thrice already to return the same parcel, he said it is big, if I store here,it interrupts people walking around in the shop.(the parcel is just a dress). So again I had to go back carrying the parcel. I'm never going to that shop again to return or shop for anything.Update: you replied to contact you with more details to this review. But I tried to send a mail with details and the mail says that email id doesn't exist. I tried sending it to the mailid as obtained from your About section in trustpilot.
Dropped two parcels off for FedEx to collect at Krish Food and Wine, Coventry. Staff scanned them and gave me the receipt and that was the last time I saw the parcels. FedEx have confirmed that they received no booking for them to go and collect the items. This is the responsibility of the staff at the Collect+ point to book with the courier for them to come and collect them after you drop them off there. The receipt they give you is only proof that you have dropped them off and nothing more. As such I cannot even claim compensation for the items because the courier never even received them. Keep getting told by Collect+ that it is not their responsibility and to contact the courier, but the courier cannot do anything if the staff at the Collect+ point never bothered to book them to come and collect! It is a failure by the Collect+ service to fulfil their duties with the goods entrusted to them. I would like an actual real person to contact me to assist with this and not keep fobbing me off with automated messages telling me there is nothing they can do to help. The email address provided here does not work and any email sent to it will be bounced straight back as it doesn't exist.
Disgusting service. Sent parcel from a local store 3rd Dec. Started chasing it on the 12th Dec. Contacted collect plus/yodel through computer based webchat...promised an answer after enquiry, nothing. Contacted webcat 3 times, resulted in very little. Used customer service e mail, resulted in parcel is deemed lost, told me to contact the retailer, parcel 2 go. Disgusting service, its their responsibility to chase this not mine. As predicted unable to get anywhere with Parcel 2 go, round in circles with yet another computer website. Absolute Joke, no help, no assistance, no responsibility, still no idea where my Parcel is.
Went to the store closest to me Portswood Mini Mart, 505 portswood road, southampton) to be told by the very rude and unhelpful woman there that she wasn’t accepting any more parcels (at 1pm). I walked 1 mile to get there and then she just told me she wasn’t willing to help and I’d have to go elsewhere.

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
