Zilch is a complete joke i have emailed them 7 times with no response as trying to activate my new bank card as my other 1 was hacked well that was a major task as had take pics of passport and selfie which took forever as has be just right then i tried phoning for ladt 4 days only to hear music then cut off its a disgrace of a company
I recently purchased an 6 months Xbox live gold card for my kids at Argos in GuisboroughI typed in the redeem code on the back of the card. But unfortunately the screen said the card was not active.I look it back to Argos to see if they could activate the card.Unfortunately both staff members were poorly trained and didn't know what to do.I then asked for a refund or a replacement card.They both refused and said that I need to contact Microsoft.As I pointed out to them both I bought the card from Argos not Microsoft so I would expect that they contact Microsoft and in the meantime give me a refund.Shocking service I will never return.
Im complaining about this site...Trustpilot! too many options/names for one company’s Asda so if you repeat the same message on all pages, you get flagged and the company wins as NO REVIEW IS SUBMMITTED.Good way of policing what you don’t want people to see!!!See examples of McDonald’s Asda Tesco or any company with multiple departments.Thanks Trustpilot for ALL YOUR CLARITY and HELP AND SUPPORT regarding issues customers are having with businesses👎👎👎
SHOP LC.comLiquidation channel is an online shopping site which allows you to bid on Jewelry, home Devore & other items.On 09/03, I bid on a few items & received e-mail notification that I had won the items. LC had encouraged me to enroll in AUTO PAY so I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping costsI enrolled in A.P. & received an email to verify I had successfully enrolled iin A.P. Since it was my first time using A.P., I reached out to their “customer service” team via LIVE CHAT to insure my orders will be processed properly.Their representative Vandana assured me that I was indeed enrolled with A.P. & assured me the items will be processed through auto pay.(I have copies of the chat as evidence)The following day; I received notifications that the items had expired due to non payment! I was furious since I was told the order will be processed & paid for through A.P. With no further action from me! I called their customer service line & spoke to Jean who told me there was a “glitch in the system” & the order was not processed correctly. As if she was doing me a favor, she said she was able to manually process TWO of the items I had won but the other two were sold out & no longer available!As I was listening to the nonsense she was telling me, I logged on to their site & found the two items I had won 48 hrs earlier back on the auction site! I asked her how a sold out item can appear on the auction list if it’s “sold out”? Her robotic response was CLEARLY from a pre-formatted list of responses & didn’t answer the question of why a sold out item is available again. She said it’s probably a mistake but told me to bid on it AGAIN! So( she was telling me to bid on an item I HAD ALREADY WON, which she claimed was out of stock & was now at a higher than my previous Bid amount!! I asked why wouldn’t they just correct the mistake and send me the items instead of posting it again. She said that’s not how the system worked & she could not “find” the items! All she had to do was go on their site and she’d “find the illusive items” which I had won & paid for through A.P. only 24 hours earlier! I asked to speak to a supervisor but of course; there none were AVAILABLE! I was promised someone would call me back within 24 hours. The problem was noted in my account in hopes that the “back office” could resolve the problem!As of 08/06, I still have NOT received s call from a supervisor nor have I been contacted by anyone from the “back office” to help resolve the issue! I’m guessing the supervisors at LC are in a different time zone than the rest of the world since three days later; I’m still waiting to receive a call back from the “customer service supervisor”Adding insult to injury; I bid on both “sold out” items AGAIN I won one of the items at a slightly higher amount than I had already won but “lost” the bid on the second item!I have shopped at LC before $& for the most part; the process went smoothly. On occasions that a problem presented itself, the issue was resolved by speaking to a customer service representative. I don know if they’ve had a change in management but they are now a complete & total rip-off!I’m certain that tbe “glitch” occurred because they believed they could’ve gotten a higher bid for the items. My suspicions were confirmed when I won one of the items at a higher price, the transaction was processed immediately through AUTO PAY & I received an invoice for the order within minutes! I was out bid on the second “sold out” item which had reappeared on the site after I had won it earlier at a lower bid amount!!! (I keep repeating that fact since I really believe LC thinks the buyers are ignorant to the scheme they’ve created)I am so disappointed & disgusted by this clear bait & switch tactics at SHOP LC. If they’re not going to honor their own bidding policies & cheat the buyer by claiming a “glitch occurred”, the item is sold out” yet re-list the item again shortly after! Why not just put a “minimum bid amount” on their items & not waste customer’s time?They obviously DON’T care at all or have any respect buyer’s time. To those who are considering making a purchase from this site, please BEWARE! Items you bid on may “sell out” but sell at a higher bid a few hours later! These people need to learn a lesson from the customer service team at JTV(jewelry television).I recently purchased a silver bracelet from them for $49.99. When it arrived, the clasp was broken. I called them in order to exchange it. I was told not to waste my time returning the bracelet A new one was shipped out overnight AND I received an unexpected, unsolicited credit of the full purchased price for my “inconvenience” on future purchases! THAT is what customer care & service is about! I will gladly continue to shop & recommend them to anyone looking to purchase beautiful jewelry at great prices with awesome customer service. Can’t say the same for L.C..
Homebase.Ordered a lawn mower on line 29th July 2021.Paid for delivery . Order emailed to me confirming delivery date of 2nd August.Waited all day, no delivery.Contacted Homebase customer services who said it would take 2 days to contact the courier! No mention of whne the mower would be delivered.To get my money back I have to wait for the item to be delivered, then drive a round trip of over 20 miles to the nearest depot , who, hopefully will refund me.A 'don't care '' attitude. Poor service and in honesty, a lie when they said a certain date for delivery.Don't use Homebase
DLZ wrapping blackpool, do not use this company they have taken deposits from myself and a neighbour and have now blocked us. They have also stopped anyone from writing reviews so I assume they have done this to others. The guys name is Chris and he should be stopped from trading, taking 90.00 pounds from myself a pensioner and 200.00 from my neighbour without any intention of carrying out the work
Anglo windows and conservatories are a joke we ordered a conservatory from them the problems we have had the fitters done 7 hours work in 1 week then the electrician came done half a job he told me to text him when the plastering was done so he could book me in to finish I text him twice no reply phoned the office told the lady he told her he hadn't received my texts so she looked at his phone and seen my texts basically he was calling me a liar I have proof of texts still waiting to be finished the flooring we are still waiting for the samples we have asking for them 6 times the flooring hasn't been done yet he was going to send photos of samples to my phone you carnt pick things like on a photo I have phoned and text the man about the flooring no answers then the fitters came back to finish off I had used a days holiday to be home never turned up no phone call we have done all the phoning and texting what they was supposed to do I wouldn't recommend this company to do any work they are disgusting we have been phoning the lady not answering the phone or texts they think I will go away but I won't I have mental health issues due to our son passing away 3 years ago its making me ill I am so fed up with it all so stressed update well after long last the conservatory is finished I wouldn't recommend Anglo windows to any body the address on bottom of contract of head office they aren't there anymore false information on legal contract when you phone it says office is closed please be careful of this company update on Anglo windows all work has been compleated just got one more problem our lock on our door my husband has phoned and left messages nobody has got back to us disgusting customer service they are quick at getting your money off you i sent a letter to there headoffice on paperwork it came back to me return to sender false imformation on paperwork and phone numbers saying office is closed i sent a text to the person who sold us the windows never got back to us disgusting company
Received a wrong item instead of the laptop I had purchased, I returned the wrong item and it was received on May 10th. They have not processed a refund yet, although I have contacted 10 Amazon agents so far ( Now, July 24th!), clarifying the absurd situation I am in! They keep responding by saying that "we are waiting to receive the correct item, to be able to process the refund!" The correct item that I had not received in the first place!
Wowcher ordered a mattress which they'd said it was with Hermes on July 2nd I can't get hold of anyone and I've still not received it all you get are silly texts was promised again I'd get in on 14th July disappointed yet again I want a refund text to say but their still insisting it's out for delivery absolutely disgusting won't ever buy again
WARNING AVOID THIS SOLICITORS.FLEMING & REID GLASGOW.My Legal Expenses Insurers appointed this company to look into a matter for me, A Mr Cooney was appointed to my case, his instructions was to contact the Police and ask for the details and evidence they held about a fictitious incident they arrested me for, the Police have refused to send anything to the Procurator Fiscal, I and my Solicitor have contacted Police Scotland numerous times requesting the information but they refuse to reply. I have no criminal record.Cooney was instructed to write to the Police for the alleged evidence, if he got no reply then he was instructed to start Legal Proceedings to recover the material. He wrote to the Police but got the date wrong, he then got my surname wrong, then he got my first name wrong, then he got my surname wrong again, then I got an Email addressed to a totally different person.Cooney asked me what I was going to do with the information when I got it from the Police, that was none of his business, I would not know what I was going to do with the information I got from the Police until I got it, I was told that there was no sanction in place to cover raising an action against Police Scotland, At this stage this was nothing to do with him, nor my insurance company. we were not raising and action against the Police, it was an ACTION FOR RELEASING THE INFORMATION ABOUT MY ARREST, AND THE LIES THE POLICE USED TO ARREST ME, THAT WAS SANCTIONED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY, But Cooney was unable to understand that even with me sending him all the information, His instructions were to write to the Police for the information and if it was not received to start Legal Action to retrieve it, SIMPLICITY IN ITS SELF, But he went off on a wild goose chase, and making assumptions about what I was going to do with the information when I got it from the Police, and stating my insurance company had not sanctioned a case against the Police was irrelevant, he was not instructed to sue the Police, I knew that, my Insurance company knew that, but Cooney apparently did not know that, he was unable to take a simple instruction, he could not get my first name right, he got my surname wrong three time, and he got the incident date wrong, and writing to the Procurator Fiscal that had no interest in this case. He got everything almost 100% wrong, I wonder if anyone in Scotland can find a more incompetent Solicitor than Cooney, Please let me know. Now Cooney failed to reply to my Subject Access Request and the ICO has now written to them giving them 30 days to give me that information, He refuses to give me copies of all the letters he allegedly wrote and allegedly received, I do not believe he did anything.I recorded all my conversations with this fool, and when he found out about that he resigned from my case, he never wanted the case from the start, just the money from my Insurance Company.A ONE STAR FOR THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS, IT SHOULD BE A MINUS 5 STARS.
