Avoid Supreme Windows, Penzance at all costs! Unprofessional, unreliable and lacking any customer care. I was left with a broken door panel and a corroded letterbox which, even under guarantee, they refused to repair and replace. All my phone calls and messages were ignored and in the end I had to get another company in to put it right. Disgraceful!
Wise Honda Decatur Tx - The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. These guys are near impossible to reach by phone (I have been calling for 2 weeks) and would rather text you. I bought a new mower for $5100 and it has snapped a deck spring 2 weeks after purchase & with very few hours the drive belt snapped (which isn't covered by the warranty) and they want almost $400 to replace a $50-$60 dollar belt. I have asked to speak to them on the phone by text, no response. I would stay clear of doing business with them if you ever expect any service, & if you expect them to treat you like a valued customer. Once they got a sale, you mean little to them.
I have ordered two items from IV rose at the beginning of march, paying£48 for both items, I only received one item, and I'm still waiting for the second item, now I tracked the item and it has been sent, yet I have yet to receive it. What I must say however is I have ordered from them several times, and all clothes I have received, have been excellent quality. And fitted well. It's just when it comes to updating in items ordered. They are rubbish. Yet I can't find anything on the website to talk to someone. Very frustrating
What an absolute disgrace Russell Hobbs are now. Used to be a well respected company however, all that has changed. Bought a new toaster and kettle and, both have ended up in multiple pieces due to my losing my temper. Smashed the pair of them to bits. Work for a short while then,pack up. I had only had them eight weeks Shame on you. 🤬🤬
I was on the site Oliverity02 and purchased the itemsmart portable clothes dryer I didn't have to wait long for it to arrive but I only received a tea towel so please don't buy this it is a scam.... and no answer when I email them untrusting site scam scam scam scam
We were informed by Tui on 23rd February that our Marella Cruise in May was cancelled, and they told us we had 14 days to let them know if we wanted to transfer our booking to another cruise at a later date.We decided we would like to take up this option so tried phoning customer services. We continually phoned 3 or 4 times a day for four days, sometimes hanging on for over an hour, but never got to speak to anyone. I then emailed Tui on their customer care contact link, and they replied saying an agent would be contacting us within 72 hours. We waited 3 days but heard nothing so we tried their customer care line again only to get same automated message that we would hear from an agent within 72 hours. Its now been 10 days since cancellation email and we still havn't heard from Tui, so this afternoon we tried phoning again. After an hour on the phone someone answered !!! HOORAY !!! ....However !!! The agent asked how we booked our holiday, and when we said it was booked online, he said we had reached wrong Dept and would redirect our call, OH NO !!!!!! HE PUT US BACK IN QUEUE !!!! We were on hold for another hour before we gave up. VERY BAD SERVICE TUI, VERY BAD INDEED. DEAL WITH YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS BEFORE TAKING ON NEW ONES !!!We'll probably just demand a full refund now and start looking at other holiday options before wasting any more of our time. I dread to think what our phone bill will be!
This complaint is about the Walmart Store in Quincy,Florida. This is the largest chai store in this small town to serve this community. It doesn’t matter when you go there, the majority of item ie. eggs ,frozen items, desserts or namely any thing else, you won’t find it. The manager has a lackadaisical attitude and appears to be weak in supervision. Something or someone from cooperative needs to do some unannounced visits. This place is surely pathetic. People would rather drive to neighboring Tallahassee than to deal with the nonsense of the staff and management. Some of the staff ack as though you as the customer doesn’t exist. Cooperative if ever you need to check out a place then this would be it.B.D.A
I have grave concerns about the authenticity of reviews on trust pilot which appears to have no moderation process to check the reviews so is manipulated by companies such as Vintage Cash Cow to give an inaccurate picture which sadly many people rely upon trust pilot when it cannot be trusted
My plan with Operator Three is €29 a month, however I went abroad in November 2nd, 2020 and my mobilephone was without roaming data and phone call for more than 40 days, so Three charged me a bill of €120 in November and another one of €120 in December without have provided me with the service. I requested a cancellation so they asked me for 30 days notice and a fine of €282. That's stupid. @Three Ireland
The foot locker customer service trow email and in special chat is very bad . I order shoes and they said they atempt but no note . On the chat is just a robot that not even my email is found . Now the phone for customer service is not working . I want know with delivery company they deliver . And when u email them they said to dont send more than one email. So bad .
