Shocking service. They charged me for a service I never received and whenever I contact them they say they have a support team working around the clock to help. That is not the case, it's been months and all that happens is that I get an email saying we are investigating. The best part is that I always receive a response to my TrustPilot feedback, this issue has still NOT been resolved, even though they have a support team.
In December 2024 I Purchased tickets for water taxi in Venice, Tickets did not arrive, so just brought tickets from office when you get out of the train station. have requested refund, was told I would have it in January 2025, after several emails to them, here we are in June 2025, still no refund..do not recommend using this company at all, they would not know customer services if it bit them.
This site claims to sell daily public transport digital cards for the city of Amsterdam. It appears first in the Google search results making it seem credible. I have purchased such ticket but never got them, neither downloadable or by e-mail as the site claims.
Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing passes for our trip to Florence. One ticket took 2 hours to download and the other ticket has still not downloaded. I tried to email the company and email returned as address unknown. Will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help get my money back.
