Absolute robbers. I bought passes for the Duomo in Milan in November. When I tried to download the tickets I kept receiving an error message. We weren’t allowed to enter without the downloaded ticket and eventually it expired. I have chased and chased this company for a refund and was delayed and delayed and told it would be on my next statement after investigation whatever that means. They then stopped replying to me altogether. Avoid. Do not waste your money.
This site claims to sell daily public transport digital cards for the city of Amsterdam. It appears first in the Google search results making it seem credible. I have purchased 4 such tickets but never got them, neither downloadable or by e-mail as the site claims.
Tried to buy a metro ticket online. Shunted through several websites. Paid online, followed all the instructions. Sent a download but it wouldn’t validate. No help link, no contact ability by phone, email or SMS. Nothing!I think it is a scam.
SCAM. I'll say it again. SCAM. I bought a a three day pass for Lisbon. When I tried to retrieve it, the "voucher" didn't work. I asked the Lisbon public transport staff. They there was nothing they could do because the voucher is simply NOT valid. I contacted conetpass and they won't give me a refund. Don't use them ever. Avoid at all costs.
