What a scam

What a scam. Every time I tried to download it went to Google play then iTunes Store also this url doesn’t exist I could never download the app. Took a screenshot and anywhere I went on Venice I was told no good here . I just had charge taken off my credit card 84.71. Do not buy this app . This happened on 10/2/24 in Venice . They said beware of pickpockets but this was unbelievable they got my credit card info with no problem

This is a scam

This is a scam - I purchased 2 passes for Venice and they were sent for Milan!No customer service and refund requests take you to Google Docs....It was actually cheaper to buy a travel pass from the local shop.

DO NOT BUY. This is a pure, 100% unashamed straight scam.There are hundreds of reviews warning of this scam website.I bought a pass (~40€) before checking TrustPilot.com - big mistake. Now I have to block the payment and do charge back with my bank.

Do not use this service!!

We also booked two bus passes online (individually) on September 28th, but never received the tickets on our phones. We inquired at the information booth at the airport and the people working there did not recognize this company, and said it was probably fraudulent

SCAM

Dont use them! The link to the tickets I purchased didnt come thru till after I had left Milan. I claimed a refund but it never came thru, I didnt even get a response. I refuted the charged with my credit card company and they denied my claim.

How come do you sleep in a good house, eating warm meal, living a good life by doing SCAM to tourist that only have a little money to try to see the world? I mean how come?. Guys, this app is not from the government, it's basically a SCAM that selling a pass 2-3 times more than the normal price. Please dont buy anything from them.
