Review Time
I bought 3 tickets for 3 days with the Shuttle bus included in the price. Although we had to walk 10 minutes to actually get the cards, we were able to use the tickets sent through a link for the Shuttle, no problems at all! We found the small kiosk with the machine at its side where in 2 easy steps we had our tickets printed! We used them for 3 days without experiencing any problems at all!+!!!! we had a free tour gifted to us as well which I thought was a very nice touch to add.
1 million percent scam!!!Bought a 4 day pass and Malpensa shuttle for 80 euros and all I got was a 24 hour pass for the metro which is worth 8 euros. 100% better just buying metro and train tickets when needed. Thought this card would help cut the cost but don’t waste your money. You don’t get a refund or any help!! Absolute Crap!!!!
Ah I feel so stupid, was looking for tickets to duomo in Milan and I went to what I thought was the duomo website. Went to book and was brought to Italy pass. Thought i had heard of it before so selected payment option. Thought it was odd it didn't ask me for date I wanted to visit and then furthermore it asked me to verify my card. Then it said I'd be able to download the ticket on the day. Got an email from them to say there was an issue with payment (after I got confirmation email). Mailed them and no reply. It's day of tickets and guess what, no tickets. Also known Milano Card and ConetPass. Stay away from these scammers. I hope they rot in h€ll.
