It’s a scam guys avoid it at all cost. I had the card got 2 days pass and stopped working in less than a day. Apparently they have a credit system on the card. Moreover, none of the museums that says you have discount accepts it. The taxi promo code doesn’t work. Use the day passes directly from the metro.
I never could activate the card online and also not at the place they tell you to pick it up!!!!! I was at the ugly kiosk , there was a display . I signed in all informatios - I never got the plasic card . And I was not the only unhappy person there - waisting time and money. Just buy with the official app off ATM milano. It works ! That is the most important thing . 0,0 stars - should go to the police!!!
A complete & utter waste of money. Never do business with these guys. Here's my experience. You are better off buying what you need individually. I purchased a 3 day travel card together with hop on hop off bus tour for myself, and as a 2nd separate transaction for my wife. I received an email that allowed me to get my 3 day travel pass ticket printed at by a machine at a specified location, and to get the hop on hop off bus ticket (which proved to be pretty useless as it did not allow travel on the longer route of the tour that we wanted (just the shorter one)). However we never received my wife's tickets via email notification. And when I contacted them I was unable to get a refund as I had to produce the email (which we never received, to be able to do so). I gave them the last 4 digits of the debit car used for both transactions but this was not enough to get a refund for the 2nd MilanoCard that we never received an email about). FYI If you buy tickets individually a 1 day ticket costs eur7.20 x 3 days =eur21.60 and a Hop on Hop off for the longer bus tour costs eur24 = eur45.60 per person, but then you get what you need & paid for. These people are either incompetent or crooks. And you will never be able to speak to a human being if a problem occurs. Although if you are lucky they might respond to you by email just to tell you they cant help you. LEARN FROM MY OWN MISTAKE & NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!
Such a huge scam, I am outraged to have realized that they made us buy a 3 days ticket for 22 euros instead of 13 euros and promising some discounts at museums, etc. and free drink 😳 which is completely untrue. I cannot believe this web page appears on the top list when we google milan official public transportation services. This site should be banned as soon as possible. The funny part in this is that you need to get somewhere to be able to print the tickets! Please do not use this site and do not buy anything from them
I am just arivel in Milano and the Milano card is just made problem no places the get you card if you have more then 1 day and the airport buss ticket was so hard to get and they make it sound like you get retrun ticke to and you get one i would never spend my time or money on agien
