This is a scam and the company is to be avoided. I paid €130 for 2 premium Florence passes and received only one. Despite several attempts to contact the company no one replies. This meant that we have had to pay again for tickets. At the Uffizi Gallery they told us that Conet is a bad company.Given the fact that Conetpass have zero customer service I have had no choice but to register a dispute with my bank.
Not a scam, or fake, despite reviews to the contrary! Although it took a while for confirmation email to appear, after purchasing a 3 day pass for Amsterdam, I used easily on tram and metro and support from Conet via email when questions asked was fairly prompt. No app required, download QR code worked fine. However, within our group, several had issues, particularly where they had a payment card connected to phone. Also, on arrival, we discovered it's very easy to purchase a travel card at the station and metro and tram travel is not expensive.
Update – May 29, 2025:After receiving a public reply from the company on May 15, claiming my case was being "reviewed thoroughly" and that a refund "will absolutely be processed," nothing has changed. It’s been over months since I first contacted them, and I’m still waiting for the refund they promised multiple times.Their response to my original review may sound professional and reassuring, but sadly, it doesn’t reflect their actual actions. Behind the scenes, it’s just more of the same – vague apologies, broken promises, and no resolution.This only confirms my previous warning: do not trust this company. They took my money, failed to provide the service, and continue to delay and avoid accountability. I feel completely ignored and misled.REVIEW: I bought a ticket to visit the Duomo in Milan, but the link to access the ticket didn’t work at all. After contacting the company, they admitted the issue and promised a refund. Since then, I’ve received multiple emails saying the refund was on the way – even with exact dates – but nothing has happened.I’ve contacted them repeatedly. Every time I get vague apologies and empty promises. Still no money.What’s worse, when we went to the Duomo and explained the situation, staff told us this wasn’t the first time they had heard complaints about this company. That says a lot.This is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to trust this company – they took my money and never delivered the service. I feel deceived and ignored.
Do not use this siteI would advise anyone thinking of purchasing travel passes from this site to look elsewhere.Purchased 2 x 3 day passes for Berlin for myself and my partner, passes wouldn't download to our devices despite numerous attempts, no help offered from the seller, just an automated email reply.I have raised a dispute with my card issuer to get a refund as we ended up buying the passes elsewhere.Avoid these con artists!
