Totally scam

Totally scam. I bought entrance ticket to Duomo di Milano at cost 23E. After the pmt is done by credit card, they sent the email comfirm and a link to download ticket but you will never sucsessfully get the ticket downloaded because it did not exist. I came to the customer service counter of Duomo di Milano to check and the answer is the web milanocard.it and the It pass app is fake / scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Unfortunately the worst experience!

Unfortunately the experience is not I want to have a second time. No customer services for complaints. As many stated there are cheaper versions in public transport areas. Shuttle ticket was not validated by the shuttle company, therefore I have to buy the shuttle tickets from the company as well. If ypu can not reach the company in anyway, it’s mosy probably a scam company.

Definite NO-GO!

Payment was immediately accepted, but then I received no confirmation of anything, so I didn't have the booking code needed to use the card. I tried to contact customer service (if you can even call it that), but heard nothing back. They also don't have a phone number to call, only an email address with an automated response that this email address isn't checked. How helpful. Definitely do NOT recommend as it seems to be nothing but a scam.

Best Avoid Milano Card

Be careful when buying Milano Card!Their website milanpublictransport.com makes you think it is a public company but you will find when you pay online that they are a private company. After you buy their pass, you find ouț you need to pick up a plastic Card from a kiosk near Central Station Milan.I couldn.t get the plastic Card because of an error in their app and I had no one to call for assistance, cause they don.t have a phone number on their website. The only thing I could use was an online voucher received for the airport shuttle. In all, I lost 20 euros and two hours of my life.Later I found ouț it was cheaper and easier to buy a 3 days pass from the ATM public company in every Metro station in Milan, which I recommend to you all. From their website I see that they operate also în Rome and Florence (I mean Milano Card, with their app Italy City Pass), so be aware when you buy their services!

Scam scam scam avoid

Scam scam scam avoid. The 3day metro ticket is available at any train station for €15.50 and the Malpensa shuttle for €10. They charge €31.50 and all discounts are inaccessible and useless.

Scam 100%

Scam 100%, looks genuine, but as everyone else can verify, they take your money and you'll never see anything for it. I've lodged a chargeback complaint with my credit card company and I'm told I'll get the money back in 5 days.

Confirmed scam, please avoid

Confirmed scam by the official people who handle the Milan Cathedral (they told us to stay away from it). They sell tickets online, take your money and then don't deliver anything.

It's a rip off without a way to pick up the card at the airport and no refund

I purchased the MilanoCard with Double Malpensa Airport Shuttle transfer and 3 days of public transportation for almost 39 EUR through milanocard.it website.First surprise not mentioned on the site, the card is physical and needs to be picked up at the Central Station in Milan. How do you use the airport shuttle then?Arriving at Malpensa Airport nobody is aware of the card of course, there is no information or support provided at all. I send an email requesting a refund. Get an automated answer that provides refund form. Fill it out, on submitting the site announces the refund will come in 30 days, but I still think maybe they are legit, just very lame. After 30 days pass I get an email that no worries, my card is still valid for a year, so I can visit Milan anytime to pick it up. Seriously?I have started an inquiry through my bank. Can we give zero stars?
