Bought it for water transport in Venice in a rush. You still have to go to the ticket machines to get your tickets. They provided a discount for The Fork that wasn't valid. Overall we paid 8 euros more than we should have for the transport.Reply to the below message since they pretend I'm not correct:Conetpass ticket -> 59 per person, they include:Venice official transport (official price 45 euros)Airport bus (official price 10 euros)Fake The Fork coupon: "25 euros" which didn't workSo in the end we paid 4 euros x 2 persons = 8 euros more than we should have.
Bought a 4 days pass in Milano.Only one pick-up place for the pass, was very far from our hotel. The price was fair if we could use the restaurent voucher. Bought the pass mid day and the voucher was good for that day only, Could use any of other insentives because.
I came with a party of 4 and we loved having our pass. It allowed us to hop on and off to explore all Venice has to offer. The bus schedule was easy to navigate to know which one we needed to get where we were going next. It was also nice to take a bus to Murano and Burano. The busses were on time and so convenient. The 7 day pass was very affordable and also helped us to get to and from the Venice airport with ease.
Pure and compete scam. They put it at the top of your search results and make it look official but they are worse than a pickpocketer. I’ve been reaching out to them to get a refund and they don’t care enough to respond. Makes me sick that people can do this and not feel like a total piece of shit.
I bought a 5-day pass for two people in Milan and received several emails with discount information, but I never got the actual pass. Itried using several diferent devices, but it didn´t work. I filed a complaint, and they told me someone would contact me, but I´ve been witing for more than 30 days. This is a scam!!
What a disaster ConetPass is in Milan. If it's not a scam (as they claim) then it is sheer incompetence and simply a money grabbing operation. The 3 day travelpass I paid for online never appeared. Once payment is taken they then reveal that you have to travel back to the City Rail terminal to collect the pass from a remote kiosk. The kiosk wasn't there so my travel pass never materialised and all my efforts to achieve a refund were met with delay and obfuscation. This is truly a company to avoid at all costs. Read the other reviews here which I wish I had done before parting with my euros.Now I see the reply from Conetpass following my original review I can say with certainty that the procedure for getting the pass is simply not made clear before you make payment. The whole customer interface is unprofessional and designed to fob you off in the hope you will give up. My advice? Under no circumstances should anyone go near ConetPass. Read the other reviews.
