Even though I bought the tickets from Conetpass a week in advance and repeatedly informed them of my travel dates and that I would be using the tickets, I kept getting a “no available tickets” message on the days I planned to visit the museums. Since I only had three days in the city, and never informed when I can recieve the tickets, I had no choice but to buy the tickets myself. They finally sent me the first ticket on the day I was leaving the city….how nice of them. When I asked for a refund, I never received any response, so my 100 euros basically went to waste.
This website claims the domain name of venicepublictransport . itand scams tourists with overpriced tickets for vaporetos in Venice.real price 48h ticket: 35 eurosconetpass price 48h ticket: 50 eurosAnd what you really get is a ticket that was pre-purchased the previous day.And normally you are allowed to ask for a refund if you buy the ticket from the automatic machine in Venice but if you buy it from conetpass you ARE NOT.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID...
We were six people traveling to Milan. After purchasing the Milan City Pass, we learned that the airport shuttle had to be requested by email 24 hours before arrival. Luckily, we received a response and got our tickets in time.We also booked the Cathedral Terrace and Castello Sforzesco Museum. The tickets came as three separate download links, which was inconvenient. One link didn’t work, and the Cathedral Terrace ticket was issued for a different day and time, so we had to return later.Be aware: the shuttle includes only one trip — we had to pay for the return. Also, the public transport ticket must be collected from a tobacconist about 20 minutes from the shuttle stop. This was very laborious with our baggage.Overall, the process was cumbersome and not worth the price after paying extra for the return shuttle.
Bought a ticket for the duomo in Milan. Got sent yesterday's date on the ticket and havent been able to get a refund.Absolute scam. Don't use them for anything. In response to coronet's reply. Then why was there no contact when I contacted you. Also no form of refund was given. Just lies about how a ticket for a valid date is valid for three days
Bought the Naples pass. Website clearly states under 10s travel for free but this isn't the case. Had some issues with the scanning in and out but otherwise the pass worked.Response to reply: no in Naples only children under 6 travel for free- this was clarified by a metro worker and when we searched online and had nothing to do with an adult having a pass as we had bought 4 other passes
The pass along with the DropTicket application was easy to use and was working all the time. 25 Euros for 3 days wit ha one-way airport transfer ticket included is a great deal. If you travel to Napoli for an extended weekend, ConetPass is the way to go!
Scam. After ordering a 2 day public transport pass, only received a cheap uber lime bike pass. Money gone. When asking for refund, they only asked for more and more personal information (a 9 page google form). This is not the company you want to do business with.
