Bought tickets for public transport in Berlin. A very frustrating process and you are not informed on how the process works before buying the tickets, which are not refundable. You do not receive the tickets as expected, but have to write an email to get the tickets and then wait to see what happens. I am now waiting...You do not know if the tickets are valid from first use and then 24 hours on, or if it is per day (so do not activate late on the day). You have the feeling, that you are being scammed...
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel operator.Avoid buying from them! It’s impossible to reach their customer service — no phone number, only Google forms 🤦🏻♀️I never received the electronic cards and had to cross the entire city of Milan just to find a newsstand where I could collect them. Completely unacceptable! There was also a booking error, and their only response was: “Terms and conditions.”Everything seems to work in their favor, with no real support for customers facing issues.Truly the worst service I’ve ever used in Europe.
The cornet pass works well in Roman public transport. It was easy to order, but once the App was installed it took some time to figure out how it works to generate the QR codes required for the trips. In the busses the QR codes were not always recognized by the readers. In the Metro and the trains it was not a problem.
Shortly, we got scammed. We ordered 2 passes for 4 day trip, that could be redeemed only in one place in Milan. To get there, we had to buy a ticket. After we redeemed the tickets, we got 2 sets of tickets. Each set contained a ticket of a 24h trip and a ticket of 3 trips. We paid 31€ for the 4 day ticket, each. But we got only something worth around 14€.
Three-day break in Vienna and unfamiliar with the city. But the transport pass just made it really easy to use the U-Bahn and tram system, while the bonus use of the City Airport Train took away all the stress (and cost) of using taxis. Worth spending some time beforehand, though, familiarising yourself with how the systems work.
SCAM! They'll probably reply to this message saying it's not scam, but trust me, it is. Horrible "business". You don't get a QR after buying the ticket, instead, you are told to go to a kiosk somewhere off the road... kinda funny, because you want public transport and then after charing you 20€ they tell you to go to nomansland to get your ticket... wtf
