second visit thought would give it a second chance after the small portions and badly overcooked foodsecond visit was worse very small portions fish badly overcooked veg consisted of 4 thin tiny spears of broccolimens toilet only two cubicles one toilet seat broken unable to be usedsat near the front door were the door was constantly slamming against the frame very annoying to say the leastoverall all a grubby restaurant poorly cleaned in need of a clean up and a refurb staff good but tried twice never again my advice go somewhere else than Cote in Chiswick if you want a good value well cooked food and a smart enviroment without a slamming door2 out of 10
The Cote Restaurant Windsor was about as disappointing as a restaurant could be, my partner and I had been to other Cote Restaurants before and had a very good service and food so we expected the same at Cote Windsor what we experienced was the opposite, first we entered and I guess was the manager in an abrupt tone said have booked this was around 9.45am Saturday we noticed that there were plenty of vacant tables just about every level, we of course replied no we haven’t, the gentleman showed us to a choice of tables, ok up to this point whilst we selected breakfast and waited and waited no one approached us at all, my partner and I decided to find another restaurant which dealt with our request promptly and satisfactory.We thought we should make a point that if you wish to be appreciated as a valued customer avoid this Cote Restaurant in Windsor and go where you are appreciated.Steven K
We love the food at Cote but had a terrible experience at their branch in Barnes on Mother's day on 30 March, where we had to wait for our food for 2 hours. This is completely unacceptable and they ruined the day for us. They should only accept a number of people they can cater for. We were told it would come in 3-4 mn multiple times. This is unacceptable. Kids had to wait all this time as well. Stay clear of the place on busy days!
Cote is the best chain restaurant in the area. I go to both Henley on Thames and Marlow. Food and drinks are great quality and value for money. I would say that service is a little too quick and that restaurant is quite noisy with children
We eat in your restaurants regularly Chichester and Esher both restaurants in the past month have been disappointing for different reasons .Chichester for your new summer menu we thought was poor and nothing on the menu that we liked chicken was always a favourite but delay in being served cocktails very weak it seems a problem if you have a table for more than four .Esher just the quality of the meal not up to Cotes standard very little eaten but no questions by your staff to why so much was left it will take a lot to get us back in these restaurants it needs looking into April the 12
