ZERO stars!! Site looks like quality, descriptions are impressive horray I thought reasonable prices fashionable etc. STOP !! DONT PURSHASE. 3 weeks items finally arrived. No shape to them don't hang properly with lumpsFabric very very poor quality worst I have ever seenSeams stitching fraying and not even made properly. Sizes are so wrong. I am 14 / 16 UK size so purchased 2xl omg they wouldn't fit size 10. Contacted customer services ping pong of emails still they will not refund me money only want to give me 100% gift card which is only valid one month. I am annoyed I have been scammed and lost hard earnt money. They will not budge they will not provide refund at all. UK address is scam. Please don't be conned like I did. ##update##Companies response is false. They stick by unreasonable ridiculous return policy. No refund only credit note to half value only after I return and pay for shipping to China. ## I wish I had read the reviews on the company beforehand ##
DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE. What a woeful experience. Ordered a dress in two different colours as at checkout they offered me a second dress half price (pressured selling). They then sent me two of the exact same dress and the quality is appalling. In the picture it looked like a shirt cotton fabric but in reality it’s some awful cheap fabric that’s stretchy but with rigid seams and neckline so stretches in all the wrong places. There’s not even any labels in it to tell me what material it is or care guidelines. Nearly £75 they took off me and the only recompense they offered was 50% off my next purchase. I can assure you there will never be another purchase from this retailer, a total scam.
Honestly what a rip off!! I ordered my dad a shirt from there for £45. It doesn’t fit him & the material is just poor, the shape of the shirt is uneven too across the shoulders. To return it, it will cost me £19.96 APPROX!!! I have honestly had better from SHEIN/TEMU. The shirt doesn’t even come with the washing instructions tag. The fact that when you order you believe you’re ordering from a UK website. I can’t express enough… do not waste your time or your money!! You won’t get it back if it doesn’t fit/poor quality!
Total rip off, extremely poor quality goods and intentionally very complicated process to return. Delivered from London but have to be returned to China at more than half the original cost. Will not be buying from this company again. In response to your reply, it shouldn’t have to come to this, will not be bothering, goods are in the bin where they belong!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Extremely poor quality product which later found on Shein at half the price. Took over 3 weeks to deliver (obviously not from London as indicating on website). Consequently an alternative dress was purchased elswhere and the dresses ordered were no longer required. The 'easy 30 day refund' stated on the website is not the case. On approaching the 'company' requesting a refund, I was informed they are sale items and are therefore not eligible for refund. When I purchased the items, they were not indicated as being in the sale, but I note they now are - conveniently! I was told I can either keep the items and receive a 50% store credit or return items for 100% store credit back to China at my expense.Don't be fooled by the 'London address'- it is very much a Chinese company with their own rules! I would like to know if the London address exists. Olivia appears to be the only person available 24/7!
Ordered something that turned out not to be suitable - £49.99. I was told I could have 50% off another item or return. They were clear that the return would be at my expense- which I had no problem with, thinking it was to a UK address. I chose to return the item but then found out the return would be TRACKED TO CHINA at my own cost. So just beware of that when ordering as that is not clear on their website. I have given the item to a charity shop.Also the item took weeks to arrive.
