Misleading return information (it’s not UK, but China, where return cost can outweigh product cost!) and product quality is very poor. Unable to resolve it with customer services. Do not buy from them!
Bought a High Collar dress shirt for my husband in size 'Large', which was supposed to be Chest 40 - 42, Waist 34 - 36. The fabric, while ok, is for casual wear. This, however, is irrelevant as the shirt is so small that it fits me (Ladies size 10).Returns were meant to be easy, a 30 day policy. However, it turns out that this 'UK' company has a returns department in China so the postage is almost £20. The option is a 50% credit note. No thanks!Warning! Read the small print! Check the returns address! In Couture Moda's case, just avoid this company.
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Couture Moda. I ordered a jumpsuit which looked stylish and well-made in the photos, but what I received was completely different — poorly stitched, made from cheap, low-quality fabric, and nothing like what was on the picture.I returned the item in May at my own expense (over £20) expecting a full refund, as stated in their policy. However, they claimed the parcel arrived in China but hasn’t reached their warehouse yet — and instead offered me only a 50% refund “for now”, promising the rest once the parcel is processed. This is simply unacceptable.Overall, this feels misleading and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you’re prepared for long waits, hidden costs, and poor product quality.
The quality was very poor. I posted it back using a tracker with the post office on 29th May. However I still don't have my full refund and this is now July. Their excuse being that it's still with Customs. I've now had to raise a dispute with my Credit Card company. It also cost me £16 to actually post back to them. A word of warning I wouldn't use this company again for any purchases!
Terrible quality and nothing like the advertised product. I requested a return address to which i was pushed with a voucher instead three times... afyer getting the picture that i didnt want a voucher, they finaly replied with a return address in China!, product returned at my cost of £18 back in mid May and despite numerous emails they still havent refunded my original cost. This is most certainly a scam and im nearly £70 out of pocket for it! Do not be fooled by the pictures and clearly fake on site reviews, this is an avoid at all costs situation!
Really wish I'd researched this company before buying from them. Really poor quality trainers that were supposed to be orthopedic but aren't. You can't return sale items which is probably why so many things on the website are on sale. They hide behind a London address but aren't based in the UK. Would never buy from them again.
ScamThe clothes you receive is totally different from what is actually displayed or shown on the website. You are shown the best cut the best version that appeals to you as the consumer. In reality you receive CHEAP rubbish cut into the shape almost with the worst quality ever.After many many emails and time wasted, sending pictures and back and forth with customer services. They still refuse to refund my money.Poor quality clothing absolutely nothing like they advertise. Please keep your money for a legit company not this fake one.
Would never order from this company again. Unable to return sale goods the items have been poor quality small in size so a total waste of money and you are stuck with them. Have used quite avfew online companies this is the worse.
