AVOID - I wish I could upload images of their marketing against the total rubbish received. Ordered a dress for £50. £17 to return or accept the rubbish and get £25 voucher to shop for more utter rubbish. Rather lose the money then give them anymore of my well earned money. I hate leaving poor reviews I work in customer service, rookie error should of checked first!! AVOID
HAVE I BEEN SCAMMED???I am currently trying to return a men’s two piece set which I overpaid for. When I purchased the outfit I contacted Couture Moda as I saw exactly the same image being sold by another company with a different/cheaper price.I asked them to please price match the item and provided them with screen shots as the image was exactly the same. I was refused this and Lein in customer service told me if I wasn’t satisfied with my order I can discuss a refund. I am now being ignored. Please can someone respond so i can be issued a full refund????I have sent all the screen shots already to Lein…. Please take me through the refund process i do not wish to keep going back and forth with emails to prolong things so I just forget about it!Me and my husband feel completely ripped off as the outfit looks nothing like the photos. The material is cheap but in the photos looks high quality Why has no one replied to my emails after you replied to this post????
I wanted to buy a glamorous dress for my son's wedding and the item was described as a halter neck gold-seguined dress! When it arrived (many weeks later) it was not worth the wait. I can look good in a sack but this dress is actually worse than a sack: not halter neck, fabric like nylon and a lining that ends at the knee, even though the dress is full length..
Do not purchase from here!!! Terrible experience normally always look at reviews on this occasion I didn’t and live to regret it. No refunds on sale items and pretty much all items are on sale for this reason! 20£ to return item ‘back to china’ for full store credit or keep the item and get 50/ store credit which no one wants as the quality of clothing is absolutely terrible. Hence why they give you the option the keep the item. The worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. The whole company is a scam and I wouldn’t recommend any one purchase off this website for absolutely anything even if the pictures look nice or the website is presentable I can guarantee the quality of clothing will not be!
I bought a dress and it wasn’t as shown on model! Didn’t even try on, material was cheap definitely not worth the money I paid. Looked into how to return, it says email for return! Have emailed 5 times now all I get back is thank you for contacting we will get back to you with 24-48 hours ! This has been going on 2 weeks now looks like I won’t be returning and getting a refund ! Disgusting how do these companies get away with it ! I wish I looked at the reviews first !
