I would give 0 stars if able. The quality of the dress is the worst thing I have ever bought. The quality is absolutely dreadful, is cheap fabric, feels cheap, looks cheap, but wasn’t cheap, Also claims it’s a sale price, but is extremely overpriced. Being classed as sale you can only return for store credit.also cover the cost of return to China. Regret not check reviews prior to ordering. Please don’t waste your money with this company.
Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Couture ModaI ordered from Couture Moda and had one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.The items I received were nothing like advertised — poor quality, unwearable, and completely unfit for use. I contacted their customer service expecting a straightforward return and refund, but instead was met with excuses and inflexible "policies".Despite multiple emails, they refused a full refund, even though UK consumer law clearly supports refunds for items that are not as described or faulty. They offered either a 50% refund without a return or a partial gift card, which I clearly rejected, especially as I never plan to shop with them again.Their team is polite in tone but completely unhelpful in action — they hide behind policy rather than take accountability. I’ve since had to escalate the matter to my bank for a chargeback and report them to Trading Standards.Save yourself the hassle — avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the risk.
Do not purchase anything from here. I ordered two dresses for a wedding. They arrived and the material was awful so I emailed them requesting a return. They replied with instructions to ship back to China which I followed to the letter. The shipping cost be £23. It arrived in China and is stuck in customs and they will not pay the fee to go and pick up the package. I'm emailing them back and fourth but not getting anyway with them. I have now filed a dispute with my bank to try and get my £100 back.Lesson learnt. Do not buy items from random websites. Will follow up with trading standards also.
Believe all the reviews. Chinese based company that make you believe they are in London. They are not. Don’t expect to return anything without great expense, that’s if they ever give a return address in China. I didn’t even bother just took the hit - my own fault for not checking reviews beforehand. Avoid.
If I could give zero star I would - Diabolical quality and misleading - The say orthopaedic trainers - you'd need orthopaedic treatment if you could get your feet in the shoes which come up sooooo small - I am not even going to try to return for refund as I'm sure I will have to pay postage to China which would double the price I have already paid out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
Bought a T-shirt which wasn’t worth the money so decided to take it back even though they offered me 75% off of something else and keep the T-shirt. I wanted to see how trustworthy they were. I paid the postage recorded delivery and still not receive any money back. Do not purchase anything from them its probably a scam company.
DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered two dresses (which took ages to arrive from China), they were a poor fit and poor quality. I went to return the dresses only to be told in the automated return that they were sale items so could not be returned. They were not sale items, so I emailed customer services. They responded that I could 1) return the package to China at my expense and get a full refund(but did not give me the address) or 2) keep the dresses and get a 50% credit. I replied saying I wished for a full refund and to let me know the address in China so I could return the dresses. NOONE has replied to me, despite emailing multiple times.

Poor Product Quality: - Unwearable, shoddy goods. Loose threads unfinished goods - Cheap materials but charged a premium price.3. Deceptive Returns Policy: - Returns must be sent to China at own cost—expensive and not disclosed upfront. - No refunds for 'sale' items; often only credit notes issued for more shoddy goods.4. Obstructive Customer Service: - Fast replies, but no real help. - Refuse to provide valid return info; refunds delayed or denied.5. Fake Legitimacy: - Slick, professional-looking website. - "Couture" branding masks low-grade fast fashion scam operation.6. I wanted to give 0 stars!
I have now received 2 pairs of cargo pants from Couture Moda. The first pair was listed as Cotton blend, in fact it was 95% polyester and 5% elastase, I wasn’t able to return them as they had been in the sale, however they kindly offered me a voucher for the same amount with which I ordered another pair of cargo pants, but 100% linen this time. I confirmed when ordering that I was only ordering them as they were pure linen. They have just arrived and are 35% polyester and 65% cotton. Also unable to return them, but not a problem as I didn’t have to pay for them. What happened to the Trade Description Act. This seems to me to be illegal description of their clothes and I wonder how many more fall into this category. The person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, but it appeared she had no control over the description of the clothes which is fraudulent. Both pairs of trousers will now be going to a charity shop.
Avoid Avoid Avoid Purchased the wrong trainers accidentally and messaged them within 5 minutes to cancel, was told me it was to late to cancel? but I could return them. Upon receiving, was then told as they were a sale item returns can’t be accepted. These were not marked as being in a sale, poor quality along with disgraceful customer service.
