This site has some great images that I needed. I am so glad that I purchased the yearly membership. I had an issue with a purchase, contacted customer support and my issue was resolved right away. I appreciate the fast and professional customer service. Thanks for a great product!
The textures and variety are second to none. From mockups to fonts and all the rest. I literally never get to the end of the page when searching for specific things. My only complaint is the banner across the top of the page that is for an extended year (bearing in mind I have another 8 months before my current subscription runs out). I have pressed this twice in error as it's strategically placed there for that reason. My downloads and anything else I need to press is right there so it's hard. I will say the customer service is excellent and respond and refund very quickly. It's just annoying that it takes your money and does not ask you to confirm anything. It makes me nervous to download anything now as it's in the way.
BE WARE of charge! So many post say FREE but apparently you can't download anything free without a subscription!!! I received a random charge to my account from this "company"! When I reached out asking what it was I was told I clicked on a FREE download and in doing so I signed up for a subscription!!! When I informed that I had no idea what any of it actually was and would like a refund, I was told they would NOT refund!
Horrible experience, I got charged 47 dollars and based on my right, I can unsubscribe and get full refund back within 14 days of subscription. From day one of being charged I contacted them yet none of the customer care is returning my messages. After canceling my subscription I can't even remove my card from the website. Huge scam, don't do any free trials you can't remove your card.
I couldn't access my files; HOWEVER, it was my fault. I was trying to log into an old account that I didn't remember having (it was a trial years ago and I didn't do much crafting back then). They quickly realized what the problem was and I was back into my account in no time! Excellent Customer Service! I was a bit concerned about Dreaming Tree going to Creative Fabrica but that concern didn't last long! I am so glad Dreaming Tree partnered with Creative Fabrica - I can get a lot more files for a lot less money. I love Dreaming Tree and now I love Creative Fabrica!
