Review Time
I recently purchase Creative Fabrica and when I received my credit card bill , I noticed there was a double charge . I immediately emailed creative fabrica and received a very prompt response stating I some how created 2 accounts ! Mark was very helpful and his emails where caring and responsive , I felt like I was dealing with someone how valued their customers ! To make a long story short , I was credited for one account !
I had a payment issue that was created by myself (double payment) through Paypal. Once I noticed the payment I contacted Creative Fabrica and they were under the impression the payment was for an additional years payment. After a few pleasant emails back and forth my money was cheerfully refunded.David
I love using this site and have for around two years. If I could change anything it would be to have a pop up to renew at the discounts on top of page. As I craft I multitask and have been charge 3 times to renew. Twice in one month. Price is worth it for someone like me. I do 4 to 5 different types of crafts and use the site for all of them!
Saw this site and opted for the 30days free trial, payment not due until the 30days had ended but within minutes they tried to take out £56 (twice) Luckily my bank was on it and declined all payments. It does look a good site but the instant payment has left a bitter taste and I will not be using again.
I took the 7 seven day trial by accident but i could not cancel it. cancellation has to wait until your subscription active and 15 says later and charge of 66 Canadian it is still not active so i can not cancel it. they do not respond to your chats and when you ask about a refund they totally ignore you. i have since found numerous bad reviews about the same issues.
On Sept 21st, they charged me twice for two subscription extensions. I did NOT hit "okay" or anything even resembling that to confirm the extension. I attempted to X out of the popup and was immediately charged. I wasn't given an option to confirm. Just BOOM, we've charged you $47. TWICE in a row. This JUST happened to me last month (except they only charged me once that time at least. I let last month's go because I was close enough to the end of my subscription that it wasn't an issue. But I CANNOT afford to let a $94 mistake go through. I can't even remove my payment method from the site because of their new billing system. If this is resolved (which it hasn't been yet), I would rate them higher. The designs are nice, the fonts are great, and the overall experience with downloading assets is easy. But for now, I'd warn people to stay away unless you want to be charged multiple times for something you didn't even approve once.
