Careful with subscription

Very crafty with the free trial, nowhere could I see that it would take £56 up front 4 weeks later. Very hard to unsubscribe from too.EditCustomer service emailed me within 48 hours and refunded me. Clearly they are evaluating their processes.

Keeps charging for additional years

Every time you log in, they charge you for another year. I don't know what they did, but logging into your account should not trigger a charge for an additional year. Today they charged the account TWICE! This is unacceptable to be charged $94 for simply logging into the account. Now the two charges have to be disputed!The account is under my daughter's name and she tried to contact Creative Fabrica directly and they never answered her. It is impossible to X out of the promotion popup without renewing for an additional year.

Scam

Scam. I signed up for the free trial, was charged $66 for the full subscription, tried to cancel but there is no way to cancel through the website. I emailed and explained the situation but they would not refund me.
