Scammer company

I accidentally signed up for the subscription. I was charged $47 through my PayPal account, I reached out to them and they did refund my money. But then they turned around and debited my checking account, I have been around and around with this company and have gotten nowhere! They don't even have a customer service phone number. Stay away from this company.

Joke of a company!

Complete scam. They offer you a product for free and sign you up to an expensive subscription automatically. Then they make you wait 24 hours to cancel the subscription. Joke of a company!

Great response from the Customer Care team

I found this site looking for a specific font and subscribed to download it. It turned out I couldn't get the font I was looking for, but the team were very helpful in resolving my issue and refunding my money.Having looked at the site, I think there is lots here that could be of use in future, and it is always good to know that there are people behind the scenes to sort out any issues.

Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this service. The fact that there isn’t even an option to give zero stars is frustrating, because in reality they don’t even deserve one. I feel that I have been charged in a dishonest way, and now I am being overwhelmed with pages of policies that no normal customer would realistically read in advance. A free trial should clearly mean just that—a free trial—and it should not automatically bind someone into paying for a full year’s subscription.The designs offered are nothing special; they lack originality and style, and the website itself is unnecessarily complicated, especially for people who are not very tech-savvy. At this point, I consider the money I lost as though it were a donation to Creative Fabrica, because there seems to be no chance of a fair refund. I am not happy at all, and the company only responds with endless excuses and empty arguments instead of actually resolving the issue.

Very misleading free trial

Very misleading free trial, shouldn’t be allowed. I also note that all the positive reviews on here are from accounts who have only written 1 review which is always very suspect!
