Update:I sent emails on Thursday, 22.05 and Friday 23.05 and again Monday 26.05 and still no response from Dancover. As Dancover is responding to Trustpilot maybe they can call me to advise what is happening?We ordered on 14th May with a promised 2-4 day delivery time.It’s now 23.05 and still nothing received. I have sent several emails to Dancover who answered saying it’s „in transit“ but since yesterday (22.05) they do not even write back.I explained I have 4 people booked tomorrow to build the pavilion but clearly they don’t care as they just do not respond.
Purchased an awning from Dancover online. Easy purchase. Came to build it up and there was a slight bend in one of the swing arms, foolishly I thought I would just try to straighten it to save the hassle of returns etc. It worked a bit and it's all on the wall and working but just won't close fully. I understand I should of just raised it at the time instead of handling it, however they are not interested in helping and for me to buy 1 replacement part is pretty much the same cost as a complete new awning due to extortionate shipping charges. So just pray that you don't need to buy replacement parts.
Product is fine but price of spare parts does not reflect cost of new product. If you are unfortunate enough to sustain some damage you will have to pay an excessive amount to replace the component. We had to pay £190 for a replacement canvas roof (not even including the wind top) plus £53 carriage for a small box weighing under 4kgs. At time of order same complete Osiris Gazebo incl all frames, roof structure, curtains, nets, roof etc etc was only £403 with no charge for delivery. If you were to add in the small wind top you would pay almost 70% cost of complete new Gazebo just for canvas top. I think that’s excessive in anyone’s language, if you choose to buy then be prepared if you need to replace any parts.
Lots of great designs.Lots of options on the website for every budget.Ordering process was very easyArrived on time.Although, it got damaged in transit. This issue was addressed and a new one on the way to me. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
I bought a greenhouse but the shipping company messed up. The promise was that it would be delivered in three days however after five days, it was not there yet. The shipment was split over two different delivery companies. Both of them made a mess. Then customer service promised me I would get a refund the next day. After several phoncalls, and after that I had Taken care of one of the shipments, I have not yet heard of them. Broken promises. At the beginning, I was very enthusiastic however, now I’m starting to have my doubts.
I ordered 10 items which was split into 2 parcels which was despatched on the same day 7th May. I had tracking notification emails every day right up until the delivery day 10th May,I had one parcel 10th May and the 2nd parcel the 12th May which I thought was great .I could not fault anything from the day I ordered till the two days I received my parcels in perfect condition.
