Review Time
We bought 2 greenhouses and everything was going well until they arrived. They came, the instructions were clear as mud and we had to bend bits of metal to follow them. Once the frame was up, messaged customer services to ask why it wasn’t as it should have been and they sent me different instructions which didn’t fit the parts we had! I was advised to submit a warranty claim, which was done and now over 1 month later I haven’t heard a peep. I’ve followed up several times to get an update and I’m getting radio silence. Such poor customer service and although the product isn’t bad, the inability to send what’s ordered or provide assistance when they have made the fault makes it impossible for me to ever recommend. Avoid!
Just finished putting the 3d jigsaw together. Fit for purpose but I added a few pop rivets.Does what it says on the tin.I had to pay delivery but all in all I guess someone has to.It’s now completed and out in the rain where it will reside.I will be back for more.
I'll start by saying the product is good, but the service is terrible. Started with the delivery that was delayed by weeks because they only pay for a single person delivery. The heaviest single item was 160kgs. Eventually they agreed for a two person delivery although still required two of us to help unload. Then some of the items were the wrong colour. We were mid build. Sent a message amd they declined to change it. After multiple calls they agreed to change but then we were told it would take a couple of weeks. As we had no where to store we then said we would have to go ahead and build with three black legs and three white legs. They then shipped the parts anyway. As we wanted to add another side panel we asked for some deal to compensate for their mistake. They said they would discuss. Since then I have sent multiple emails which they never answer. Any emails I had previously received are always obstructive. One of the heaters didn't work, never reverie a response. Don't buy because if there are any issues they don't care about resolving.
