I'm waiting for a parcel that was stimated to arrive yesterday and today I see on the webpage that DHL states we agreed they'll deliver tomorrow "entrega concertada con el destinatario". I haven't spoken with them nor choose tomorrow as a delivery day...
My review focuses on the DHL customer service agent who sent me a rather impolite email, offering neither accountability nor any explanation for the delay in my shipment’s arrival.Regrettably, this experience reinforces my belief that customer service in Spain consistently falls short of the standards upheld in other European countries.
If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! Absolutely disgraceful. DHL did not even ATTEMPT to deliver. They say my address is incomplete which is a total lie. It is perfect even triple checked it. First they say no one is home then they lie and say address incomplete. How can they know no one is home if my address was apparently wrong??? DHL do not care about customers they always have issues delivering. You should be embarrassed, absolutely pathetic.My delivery is 2hours away I want a refund!!!!
This week, we should have received, on two different days, a parcel.The delivery adress was only 3,5 kilometers from the distribution location of DHL in Sevilla.The delivery should have taken place at Stockauto Sur; a wellknown company in the harbor of Sevilla.That company is open 24 hours a day due to its operations, as is their reception.We ordered DHL to deliver our packages at the reception.Twice !! the courier noted 'nobody at this company/adress'Twice a lie; this man should be fired immediatly!
DHL - the perfect choice if you love playing hide-and-seek with your package. Need support? Sure, just shout into the void, it’s just as effective as emailing them. Tracking updates? More like a work of fiction. DHL truly excels at delivering… frustration.
My package was received in Barcelona on November 30th, finally arrived in Germany “in transit” on December 12th. It’s now the 11th of January and I’ve still not received my package. What sort of service is this… it’s ridiculous.
Literally a scam. They do not fulfil their service that clients pay expensive money for. Keeping packages hostage in some sorting center for weeks, happened so many times by now. Avoid DHL shipping in Spain at all cost. All the other logistics providers are so much more reliable.
My package has been marked as "out for delivery" since December 23rd, but as of today, January 7th, it still hasn’t arrived. This is beyond frustrating.Customer service is completely unresponsive, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order. I have no idea if the package will ever arrive or if it will be sent back to Germany, where it originated.This level of service is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
I have an important package coming from Madrid to me in Málaga. It arrived in Málaga and was scanned at 8.52 on the 11/12/24.Yesterday (16th) it has still not arrived. I spoke with the only telephone number available and was assured that it would be delivered today(17th) - there is a note to this effect on their website. Today it is not out for delivery. Their recommendation? That I drive the hour and a bit to their depot in Málaga and collect - but there is a risk that it might be on a truck somewhere. Can I speak to Málaga? No - the depots do not have phones (really??)They are very sorry - not of any use. Yesterday another shipment arrived and I asked the driver about the previous one, he told me he had personally helped load it onto a colleague's truck and that it was out for delivery - clearly a lie.They simply do not care and you are completely at their mercy.
