Worst shipping company in Spain. Always fake delivery attempts, problems with address information, and horrible service. Never take responsibility for anything.

Always problems with DHL delivery!!!!

Always problems with DHL delivery!!!!I consistently experience issues with DHL delivery! They often claim I wasn’t home, even though I was waiting. Unlike other companies, like Amazon, they seem unable to deliver on time or provide reliable service. Adding to the frustration, DHL doesn’t even leave a notice to show they attempted a delivery, unlike the postal service. This lack of accountability and communication is disappointing—DHL, please improve your service and ensure timely, transparent delivery attempts for customers!!!!

Same story all the time "there was a failed delivery attempt because there was no one at home", which is not true. Just lazy couriers. Why to put any effort if it's easier to drop all the parcels in the service point, right? Customer service doesn't care either. If you have an option to choose a carrier never go with dhl.

Liars and incompetents

I have never experienced anything similar in my life: they lied about having the wrong address, multiple times the customer care operator said sorry for it and then they would lie again and put on the tracker missing information (lie) or "Fuerza mayor" or that I was absent which I was not. A whole week and a half they did this little theatre. Then, after cancelling, they decided on their own to leave the package at a Service Point and refuse to accept the cancellation or refund the shop owner, disgusted by their disservice too. It is the most disgusting and pathetic service I have ever experienced, thank you for nothing.

Excellent service in DHL office in Torre Pacheco, Spain

I received excellent service at the DHL office in Torre Pacheco, Spain! 😊 This is the second time going to this office and both times have been excellent and such a great experience! I highly recommend this office in Torre Pacheco! 👍👍👍 (I actually decided to drive the extra 30 km distance to this office instead, after receiving horrible service at a DHL office in Cartagena...) My DHL express shipment sent to Norway arrived super fast. Feels great to safely send documents to another country with DHL Express delivery service!

Fraud, no delivery to the address, paid for

Fraudsters!I ordered a parcel from the Netherlands with home delivery.I received an email saying that the parcel was waiting at the collection point because allegedly no one was home.The two of us were at home all day waiting for the courier!He didn't even bother to come.I paid for home delivery, thieves.Stay away.¡Estafadores!Pedí un paquete desde los Países Bajos con entrega a domicilio.Recibí un correo electrónico diciendo que el paquete estaba esperando en el punto de recogida porque, supuestamente, no había nadie en casa.¡Los dos estuvimos en casa todo el día esperando al mensajero!Ni siquiera se molestó en venir.Pagué por la entrega a domicilio, ladrones.No os acerquéis.

Absolute liars

Absolute liars. Was emailed on 15 October to say premium delivery would happen on 16 October. Received updates on 16 to say it would be delivered. Nothing arrived. Customer service said somebody would call me. Nobody called. Liars. Always the same in Spain.

A disaster at delivering - Always delays

A disaster at Customer service! ALWAYS delays deliveries and blames “traffic, accidents , etc” So much lies and horrible service. Always works better with Amazon, UPS etc
