Review Time
This service is joke! DHL doesn't exist anymore, the company just kept their "brand", however it uses multiple carriers to deliver packages and they are not in charge of the service anymore. I sent an important document through them because of their "1-2 days delivery", but after more than 1 week the document still hasn't arrived. Delivery estimated date is almost 2 weeks, as per the last update.
I wish there was a zero - always a disappointment. Every time I receive an email saying “We tried to deliver your package at bla. bla time but no one was home..” and of course both me and my wife was home all day. Whatever - just so something else since delivering packages is not your thing.. So, from now on I’m not going to order online from ANY vendor whatsoever that using DHL as their shipping solution.
The courier for this area refuses to deliver, on occasion I've managed to get them to stop nearby and I've had to leave the complex and collect from the side of the road but the majority of times he does things like he did this last time.I work from home so I am ALWAYS home between 6am and 7pm, if they had attended the property or even just used the complex intercom I would have known.Instead on this occasion I check my tracking and find he left the package nearly 7km away claiming I was not home and this was the closest collection point. Theres a collection point not 10 minute walk from me in my same village, instead of 3 villages away.When making a complaint or contacting the shipment management via DHL online forms, they go without any response other than the automated acknowledgement email.There is no useful purpose to this company, to any retailer please stop using them. They do not do the job you pay them for and they make your retail company look bad and annoy YOUR customers.
Worst delivery service in europe.Had no trouble with anyone but DHL. One package was lost, seems like another one too. Can get no info for a long time already, delivery says "address wasn't found", ridiculous. 2 problems of 3 deliveries with dhl
The delivery times are not the best but the Customer Service Team of the DHL Express Spain it really is ! Many thanks to Ana and Sandra for the help and the empathy with my order. I could not get the parcel delivered “on time” without them. Can’t thank you enough!!
The Spanish division of DHL are a joke, no better than SEURThe last two deliveries, they haven't even attempted to deliver. Only after I've given up on them bringing them to me and diverted to a collection point, did they actually do anything.Pathetic performance
The company did not deliver, saying that I was not in when I was and they did not call me. The next day I waited for them again, but on checking the tracking information it says they could not deliver due to a problem. I called customer service to ask what the problem was and was told they could not deliver as it was raining........ Lets hope it is not raining tomorrow.

Poor me that didn't know the delivery company was DHL, I spent like 200 Euros in the store and all was okay but then DHL wanted me to give them more than 100 euros "cause taxes". I mean you can calculate taxes yourself and you will realize that DHL was asking me to pay more than the 100% of the real taxes (they think they invented the taxes). They also "threatened" me about the fact that they will destroy or returned my package if I didn't pay. So if your international order is managed by DHL they are gonna make you pay all the taxes, the delivery itself plus their restaurants menus and cigarettes (I don't know in what they spend that but looks accourate).Like you pay the international order that is expensive as hell and then want more money. FOR WHAT??? For doing your job ???? Like is cheaper to fly to the country you are gonna buy instead of choose DHL. I talked by phone with a girl of the DHL's support center and she said that this always happens and the people obviously get mad, so they know but they don't care. I don't know, if everyone say the same of your company maybe you have to start doing the things better but no, they prefer cheat theirs customers instead of listen them. They are like the reverse Amazon Just NEVER buy in a store with DHL as delivery company, you can do whatever you want but just take a look about all the comments of the community and think it twice.

Son unos ineficientes y abusadores que tras más de un mes de espera, supuestos errores de bucle y pesima atención al cliente, siguen sin entregarme un paquete IMPRESCINDIBLE PARA MI TRABAJO que debía llegarme el 16 de Diciembre. No se dejen engañar por el supuesto renombre internacional de esta empresa. No cumplen con sus promesas, ni condiciones contraactuales a la hora de hacer un envio o entregarlo. Tardaron 3 semanas corrigiendo un supuesto error de bucle y ahora en el tracking aparece que podría retrasarse un día hábil la entrega. Un día hábil desde el 16 de enero!!! Don't be fooled by the supposed international renown of this company. They don't keep their promises, nor do they comply with the terms and conditions of the shipping and delivery contract. It took them 3 weeks to correct a supposedly loop error and now the tracking shows that delivery could be delayed by one business day. One business day since January 16th equals TEN DAYS. TEN MORE DAYS OF DELAY!Don't waste your time with this company.
