Great job, DHL Spain—you've managed to mess up a simple delivery of a bank card. As usual, you claim that you've attempted delivery but never actually showed up. Can someone please fire the entire management team at DHL Spain? This situation is a disgrace to your name and reputation.
I ordered two bank cards — one for myself and one for my wife. Sent mine via regular mail, hers with DHL Express. Guess what? Regular mail arrived in 5 days, while DHL Express is still out there somewhere, probably circling the block. I tried contacting support to arrange a redelivery, but let’s face it — if the courier can’t find the address the first time, I doubt even five more attempts will help unless he gets a map and a miracle.
Don’t use. Customer service has given me the run around the whole day. I needed my documents today and was told that delivery would be impossible today after three failed attempts on three different days, for delivery in which they did not contact or ring my intercom at my apartment. I was at home all three time keep in mind. I call the customer service and get told that it’s impossible to collect and for my documents to be delivered also. I now must suffer cause I had documents that I needed for traveling and now I can’t travel without them and have to wait until Tuesday and will miss out on two days of pay via work because of their incompetence.
Shipped a few different things back to my employer, somehow the Macbook and Magic Keyboard never made it with the electronics. They were packed in a backpack that arrived with everything else which I'd shipped inside of it, but the macbook and keyboard were gone??Clearly my parcel was opened, items stolen and then closed back up for delivery.
Had an import from the UK and I was aware that there would be duty and other charges. The total invoice value was £238 included vat and DHL shipping. DHL wanted to charge 184 Euros for duty and their charges but refused to provide an invoice? DHL send all emails through a DONOTREPLY email address to frustrate the customer too. Terrible company avoid at all costs.
DHL is easily the worst logistics company on Mallorca. Once again, despite the exact address indicated on the parcel and the sender having given to DHL our (Spanish) phone number, DHL pretends it could not find our address and simply waits for the customer to pick up the parcel, before sending it back without giving notice. Great cost cutting measure? I call it terrible customer service.
it is the worst shipping company in Spain. every time something is to be delivered by DHL it is either delayed (in the best case) or not delivered at all/returned. in the tracking there will be always something like "Delivery could not be made: recipient absent", but in fact looks like they just do not bother coming to the address.
