False updates regards Delivery

"When we came back, I saw the tracking update saying the delivery attempt failed…"They didn't try. They use this phrase to justify delaying your delivery.I wonder if it is because they have little to deliver in your area.

Absolute Bullshit

They are so lazy. They will claim you weren't home when you were and they never tried to contact you, then they dump your package at a random pickup point, probably with a lot of other packages they didn't try to deliver. So, you get to walk half an hour in the sun to get your package while they have a beer and cigarette at a bar.

Worst delivery company ever

I ordered a package and I was waiting for it for the whole day. Tracking details said that they tried to deliver it and that no one was at home. That’s not true. I called customer service and they gave me a number that for some reason doesn’t work for my phone company and that starts with 8. They suggested that I should call my company so it could enable the service so I could call whoever that works at DHL. Seriously????

Well here we go again!!

Well here we go again!!! DHL spain an absolute disgrace!!!The usual attempt delivery failed recpiant not at home and put to service point !!! Where ???I had to phone e commerce DHL to find out where it is and arrange it my self as they do not deliver if it was a failed attempt!!!!Absolutely useless company

unreliable liars

I've paid over 200 euro for an envelope to be delivered from Russia to Portugal. The local deliverer is DHL Spain for some reason. Their couriers are lying that I am not home, that I cannot be reached, that I requested delivery another day. Nobody can be reached. Absolutely ugly. Delivery dates not guaranteed.

Delivery delayed over and over and everytime I have a DHL delivery I ask the sender to change to UPSor ANYBODY else. Do the driver even leave the vehicle or just make things up?

Dhl is the worst shipping company

Dhl is the worst shipping company. The are very slow with delivery and are delayed all the time. Any time I have shipping with dhl it is a nightmare.

They not putting my full address

I get 2 emails that order can't be delivered because my address is incorrect or not complete which was shocking for me. Dhl get full correct addres 3 times. First was when I placed order, second time I put again full address when I get first email from DHL that they can't deliver my parcel and 3 time was another email about incorrect address. I needed to call costumer service from costumer service they direct me to another number which cost up to 6€ per minute. What was frustrating they purposely dragged time for me to pay more for phone call. On the end I get information that dhl didn't put my street name and that was the reason of failed delivery. I don't understand why, why they doing that to people. How many times you need to give them correct addres. Is just like scam making money for stupid phone calls which shouldn't have place if I gave the 3 times correct full address.
