fake status for my package…package was not delivered

UPD: The problem with the package as it seems was related not to the DHL itself but to the La Tienda Home company which was responsible for sending the package. They are scammers who create shipment and never send anything making both customer and delivery service confused.-------On December 9, 2024, they falsely updated the status of my package to: "Delivery agreed with recipient for December 10, 2024." However, the package has still not been delivered. Support does not respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, and phone support has no information about the package's location, why it wasn't delivered, or whether it will ever be delivered. When I asked if they would call me to arrange a delivery date, their response was simply, "No."

Poor service.

Order CP125558610DE / DE49213040.1. I ordered a parcel to be delivered to my home address, the seller sent it via DHL. I noticed that DHL reflected in the delivery status that I was absent, although I was there all day and my phone was also online, but no one called from DHL. Therefore, they delivered the parcel not to my address, but to the pick-up point.I had to pick up the 10 kg parcel from the pick-up point myself.2. I came to receive the parcel, waited for the pick-up point to open from 17:00 to 18:20, but it never opened. As a result, I came again the next day and only then was I able to receive it.3. I went to the DHL website, selected contacts and wrote a request about all this to the DHL support service in order to convey information about the service problems to the management and a week later I received the answer: "According to the information available in the system, your cargo has been delivered." With such a reaction, there is little hope that DHL's service will improve.

DHL never reach our house

Several deliveries from DHL never reach our house. They just drop it off at a pickup point and say they have been by the house. No phone call, note or ring on the door bell. When trying to complain, all they say is: “we can see it’s been delivered, case closed” obviously it has been delivered because I’ve had to go and pick it up.

Faked signature - Criminal proceedings in the area of 08172 Sant Cugat del Valles!In the shipping status we were notified that the order was delivered. During the indicated time of delivery we were by evidence not at home. Signature on the receipt is faked by the agent. DHL in Spain is very "Special"

Had a bike sent from Dresden, Germany to Barcelona Spain. Got to Barcelona quickly, no problem. Then it took TWICE as much time to be delivered from the Barcelona warehouse to my home in the same city.DHL works well in Germany and USA. Problem seems to be in Spain. You give them an ice cream cone and they will stick it in their forehead.

DHL and SEUR continue to ignore…

DHL and SEUR continue to ignore customer feedback. They don't care about the old &/or disabled. At least Paack has improved its local logistics and delivered professionally with courtesy. It is a disgrace that both DHL and SEUR continue to operate. Amazon and other on-line companies need to avoid them like the plague, or lose customers.

Shocking company I have been waiting…

Shocking company I have been waiting for an important package. A suitcase fir my holiday. I received an email it would be delivered a specific day. I received a call to tell me they were at my gate I went out immediately no one in sight. No van nothing. I tried to call the number it was an answer machine. Then it updates to failed delivery . Si I send an email immediately to customer service . Some ticket response they will get back to me. Since then three emails to customer service and complaints and a message in Facebook telling them I was at home why did the driver lie they have now returned parcel to depot vno attempt to redeliver. I have also written many times to Shein who sent it but all they say is contact DHL. It's overdue it was a quick ship delivery. That's a joke right! I really wanted and needed this suitcase as I'm going to travel the problem if I reorder it will be DHL delivery again. And I've had problems before with this dreadful logistics company. They used to be a good reliable company but not now obviously ! .
